Good value for money, staff excellent service!
Pros:

Right in the middle of city centre, staff are very accommodating, helpful & friendly. Comfortable and good value for money!

Cons:

No lift going inside for the reception, no kettle in the room.

הפקידה הייתה רעה כנראה כי אני מישראל 🇮🇱היה הפסקת חשמל אף אחד לא בא להגיד כלום באמצע הלילה נדלק תאורת חירום לא יכלתי לישון אין מדרגות אין חלום נחנקתי וקיבלתי חרדה היה מזעזע ארוחת בוקר דלילה בלי לחם שחור רק לבן בקיצור מלון מחריד במיקום מפחיד נורא

I did not receive a taxi from the hotel, so very disappointed with that.

Centrally located and value for money
Pros:

Hotel is nice and clean & situated in centre within walking distance to all attractions and to the Airport bus stop, amazing food and coffee shops and malls.

Cons:

Hotel doesn't offer kettle(Tea/Coffee) in the room and even the mini bar. Breakfast is very minimal options to choose. My room was left open as the cleaner forgot to lock after her job and it was opened till late evening as i was out on a day tour and I Immediately flagged to receptionist - Lucky i didn't leave my bag with money & passport. Hope the hotel management will take care this !

Avoid! The room has an indoor window, which is not mentioned in the room description. The room is poorly ventilated.

Multiple power outages during the night, switching on emergency lighting in the room in the middle of the night. On top of that, the room gets very hot due to no air conditioning during the night.

Bed is soft and uncomfortable.

Breakfast started later than scheduled.

In general, not good value for money.
