awful i needed to sleep terribly after a 18 hour comute by car and didnt get to sleep after everything they said that it

nothing i didnt even stay they didnt send me the code of the entrance i waited 1 hour and 30 minutes by the door as well i tried calling them 2 hours before i arrived to ket them k ow that i am on the freeway and an accident happened and i couldn’t arrive on time but their phone was off until 05:30 then they sent me the code and refused to return the money back even though all of this had happened and because of that an hour after i oeft the property door i had to sleep in my car

Die Lage war für meine Zwecke optimal

So ziemlich alles , vom Check-in bis zum Check-out.
Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und gestresst, keine Zeit, man wartet ewig, von der Reservierung nichts gewusst. Man wird stehgelassen keiner weiß was passiert, dann kommt die Mitarbeiterin nach fünf Minute und gibt dir die Zimmerkarten wortlos dreht sich um und geht. Kommunikation unmöglich, keine Rechnung erhalten, auf Nachfrage einfach umgedreht und gegangen. Frühstück muss man sich aus einen Ordner herauslesen und dann bestellen, ein Ordner für alle Gäste, vor mir waren 5 Leute, bin dann ohne Frühstück gefahren. Als Gast hat man das Gefühl unerwünscht zu sein da es mit Arbeit verbunden ist, so was ist mir noch nie passiert.
