Pros:

Capsule hotel is in a good location close to many metro and train stations.
Common showers are regularly cleaned, as well as the capsules. Each day fresh towels and bed sheets.

Cons:

Some staff speaks pure English so that an easy question is not answered correctly. No possibility to warm up meal or make coffee/tea. Small locker rooms, so it is difficult in rush hours to operate there.

思っている以上に広くてきれいです。
Pros:

駅から数分の立地で、スタッフさんがとても親切でした。行きたい所や近くなコンビニ等忙しい中教えて下さりました。エレベーターを使用しないとシャワーは１階でしたが、ロッカーにキャリーケース入りました。寝る所は快適です。広くて安眠出来ました！また東京に行く事があれば、利用したいと思います。色々有難うございました。

私は３階だったのでロッカーが直ぐに近くにありましたが、階が違うと不便だと思います。

A area comum era bem confortavel e profeitosa, o terraço incrivel, acredito aqpenas que no terraço poderia ter um banheiro.

Cons:

O elevador era um pouco demorado para chegar aos lugares, e um pouco de barulho a noite deu pra notar, mas não foi um problema também...

Buena ubicación pero algunas mejoras internas
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, queda cerca de la línea de metro Yamanote. La cápsula es cómoda y con buen espacio, además de que el cuarto de las duchas están cuidadas y tienen espacio suficiente para que uno se cambie tranquilamente.

La terraza tiene una vista preciosa a la torre de Tokio

El personal no es el más amable 😅

El equipaje de bodega se queda en recepción sin llave o locker.

No había jabón de manos en los baños cercanos a los cuartos
