Pros:

シャワーが快適。清潔でした。
耳栓サービスがありがたかった

Cons:

スーツケースを広げられない。
カプセルがかなり揺れるので、きになる。
空調の音がかなりうるさい。
飲み物が一階のフロントでしか買えない。

Enjoyed my first capsule hotel experience!
Pros:

Great location and everything was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my first capsule hotel experience. Friendly staff as well.

Cons:

Didn't quite like that there was virtually only one elevator though everything was in different floors. for example, shower room was on the ground floor. Locker was 3rd floor. my pod was on the 6th floor. so you had to keep going up and down, back and forth and it was a bit annoying.

受付で、タオルや衣類がロッカーにあることを言っていただけるとより良いと思います
9階行きたかったのですが、男性ばかりおられて入りにくくやめました。

It was an experience. Capsule hotel are not for a long duration of stay.
Pros:

The location and its overlooking view of the Tokyo tower. The property was well cleaned everyday. There was no loud noise made by other tenants.

Cons:

The lack of plug inside the capsule. Hope there are atleast 2 outlet to plug for devices. But overall, no other complaints.

The messiness of some tenants, especially in the shower area.

Pros:

Ogólna koncepcja hotelu kapsułowego była bardzo ciekawym doświadczeniem. Hotel jest bardzo klimatycznie zaprojektowany, minimalistyczny, wręcz futurystyczny, dostępne tarasy na ostatnim piętrze z super widokami na Tokio i Tokyo Tower. Kapsuły przestrzenne, przy dłuższym pobycie jest codzienna wymiana ręczników i piżamek 😆 szeroka dostępność pryszniców, lockerow na bagaże. W całym hotelu panowała bardzo cicha atmosfera

Cons:

Kapsuły mogłyby być lepiej wyposażone w środku (tylko jedno gniazdko USB, sterowanie klimatyzacji, i inne bajery, itp). Poduszka była twarda. Kapsuła zamykana była tylko żaluzją więc dostępność światła i odgłosy z zewnątrz były niedogodne. Lokalizacja pryszniców + lockerow na bagaże + kapsuły do spania => wszystko na różnych piętrach tylko jedna winda. To powoduje wąskie gardło logistyczne

Pros:

It was very easy to use and was I was surprised at how comfortable it was for a capsule hotel. I felt there was a great amount of space, it was incredibly clean, it felt safe, and good amenities. Location was also easy access to the airport for our flight the next day.

Cons:

The pillow was not very comfy at all and could do with a plug not just a usb port.
