Hotel Alion

Die vier Sterne werden niemals erfüllt! Zimmer und Bad sehr alt und man füllt sich nicht wohl.
Um diese Sterne zu behalten muss man dringend renovieren.

Once we arrived to our room, we saw that the bathroom ceiling was in multiple places wet and water was coming from the ceiling. When we went down to the reception to tell about this issue and say that because of the water coming from the ceiling the bathroom floor is wet, plus, we brought up safety concerns because in the ceiling there were holes were the lights were and some wires coming out, they explained that the water is coming from the ceiling because the previous day someone flooded the room above ours, when we asked a refund because of it, so we can find another room, they declined and also said that there are no free rooms in the hotel, so it is our choice to stay or go find another hotel. In the end we didn't stay the night and checked out later that evening.

La chambre etait sale il y’avait de la merde et de la pisse dans les toilettes ainsi que des cheveux dans la douche ménage pas fait. Petit déjeuner basique literie foutue et bruit toute la nuit

nous n avons pas eu la chambre réservée 6 mois avant le départ, personnel à l'accueil qui se moque de nous car nous avions réservé une chambre vue sur mer avec balcon et nous avons eu une chambre vue sur une petite rue passante, chambre sale, poussière partout, WC dans la douche, accessibilité en voiture très compliquée, pas de parking

Doprava katastrofalni, pteplnene ulice plne aut, kde porad se stoji, pravidla a predpisy neexistuji. Pozitivum zadne.

My family booked three rooms for our stay. For a 4-star hotel, we found it a bit too basic and in need of some refreshing. It's possible to survive without it BUT all three rooms were missing several standard amenities, such as bedside lamps, slippers, a toilet paper holder, bathroom kits, towel hooks in the bathroom, and coffee or tea supplies. One of the rooms didn't even have a chair.

Some of the refrigerators had a very unpleasant smell. Two of the rooms also had very small bathrooms, with the toilet and shower right next to each other, so the entire bathroom floor got wet after every shower.

The breakfast could have been served warmer, and unfortunately, the drinks at the bar were not good at all.
