Gostamos muito no geral
Pros:

Das acomodações, da piscinas para os mais pequenos. Hotel inserido numa boa zona e muito tranquila

Cons:

Da comida do restaurante. Pouca variedade e nada bem confeccionada.. a louça do restaurante muito suja. O recinto onde se faz as refeições o chão sempre muito sujo. E estás coisas sem grandes hospedes. Imagino nos meses mais movimentados

Tener la piscina ludoteca y parque infantil al lado de casa

Cons:

Tardaron en arreglar la cisterna que no cargaba el agua.
Las camas estaban mal hechas y no había mucha limpieza porque lo dejabamos limpio

The draining board wasn’t suitable for the apartment, we couldn’t use it , too big , no space near sink. Nothing else

Good location.

Cons:

No water in the morning, people flushing toilets with pots of water from the swimming pool, but fixed eventually.

Never managed to connect to the WiFi as the sign in page kept disappearing before I could log in... maybe that's just my phone?

Hotel / Customer contact form via the hotels webpage didn't function, used room phone for reception instead.

Beds are rock solid too, but managed to get a sleep anyway.

The apartment location was amazing, it was my birthday while we were there and I got a surprise bottle of champagne delivered to my room from the staff! Rooms cleaned, beds made, fresh towels every day. Kids club was great entertainment especially if it was a bit overcast of a day.

Child's playpark could do with a bit of tlc

Pros:

We had a lovely time at these apartments. The facilities were clean. Everything worked. And the pool was awesome.

Really close to the beach and perfect if you have small children.

The staff was another amazing addition to the entire experience a huge shout out to Toni Fermin ant the front desk and bar and Jose at the dining hall - always professional, always great energy and eager to help. Staff like this really make the difference in a family trip with young children.

We’ll be back and would highly recommend to another family.

La mega humidite de l appartement et donc nos vetements. Les serviettes ne sechent pas a cause de cela..Enfin, des mouettes volent de la nourriture sur les terrasses ce qui est derangeant. Elles ont du etre habituee a etre nourrie. Difficulte a trouver ou recuperer les clefs hors des horaires. Enfin ne pas vendre qu il y a des courts de tennis..c est du padel et on ne nous a jamais envoye de message pour nous dite si nous pouvons avoir des raquettes.
