Hotel We are just home from a fantastic 10 day holiday a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were greeted by Tony on reception who checked us in and was so friendly. Our room was ready and we had a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Rooms are very spacious and have everything you would possibly need. The balcony is spacious too. Rooms are cleaned regularly with clean towels. Beds are so comfortable and quiet. I cant remember the last time I slept until 8.30am or after it every morning. Shampoo is provided in bathrooms.
Pools
We hired 4 pool towels which cost 60 euro and 40 euro returned on departure. There are 2 large pools. One pool serves food from 12pm to 6pm and the other pool bar serves pizza. One pool bar is quieter than the other which is what we preferred. There are enough beds for everyone so need to leave towels out overnight. The only fault and this is the only fault of our whole holiday , please invest in new pool umbrellas. They were flying everywhere, hitting guests. My husband saved an elderly lady from what could have been sore.
Food and drink
We were half board. All meals are fabulous with a large choice of dishes. I cannot fault the food in any way or service. Drinks are expensive though. We took a break and ate out in Es Pins one night and Es Bruc another night. 2 beautiful restaurants. We also ate lunch out a few days but found that breakfast kept us going throughout the day. There is a kiosk bar managed by Tony. This is lovely for a pre dinner drink and after dinner cocktails. Tony knows everyone and remembers name. He is so pleasant and really makes the atmosphere.
Location
I cannot describe how beautiful San Tomas is. I have never stayed anywhere like it. The scenery is beautiful and the walks. You can walk for miles and miles. To the right are beautiful beach walks and to the left walk the cliffs and keep going for 5km and it takes you to San Bou. The town is quiet, very little traffic. It is safe. One lady we met has come there on her own for 28 years because she feels safe. There are no Chinese, Indian or Mexican restaurants just local restaurants. There are 3 supermarkets which are expensive but there is no other choice.
I must admit on our first night we didnt think we would like the quietness of the resort but it is what is special about it. We have come home relaxed and rested.
I will definitely be back and if I can, I will return again this year. To finish to Tony and all the staff thanks for your hospitality and for all that you do for all guests.

La ubicación muy buena para visitar la isla. La playa a 5 minutos muy bonita. Facilidad de encontrar el aparcamiento gratis. El apartamento es grande con la terraza cómoda.

Absolutely super! We booked a three bedroom apartment which was perfect! One family bathroom - one en-suite. The beds were firm but very comfortable. Nice white bed linen, quality white towels. Small kitchen area - but with everything you need: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, iron an ironing board. Plenty pots, pans cutlery etc. Super big balcony with nice table and chairs and big maiden (there are washing machines on site). Great location for just about everything- Santo Tomas is a very quiet small family resort so if you are looking for bars, entertainment- perhaps consider another resort! Beautiful beach across the road. Lovely little beach style restaurants, bars, but if you prefer to eat in there are three small supermarkets with plenty of choice. You can catch the bus just across the road or there is a taxi rank just outside- E40 -45 to the airport. Super swimming pools one was quieter - less children. Both had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. You can hire beach towels from reception too! Everywhere was spotlessly clean (thank you Elouisa!). The gardens/lawns etc all very well maintained. We could not fault and would definitely recommend! Gracias!

Personal amable. Especialment la cambrera Melisa, super simpàtica amb els infants.

Another fantastic stay at seth mestral! We came last September and booked whilst still here and we have done the same this year!! this place truly has a piece of our heart...it is just amazing for families especially with little ones as they are just so friendly and accommodating... the animation team especially Lucia go above and beyond you could see she genuinely loves doing what she does and even though our boy Theo is VERY shy she always made an attempt to get him involved but also recognised when he just wanted to sit and watch...but the star of the show for us is and will always be Tony Fermin at the bar he is just incredible always knowing our order before even we do!! Telling us the best snorkel spots and giving me stern words for skipping the suncream haha!! Also massive shout out to Lola at the inflatable park, Theo who is 4 absolutely adored her and by the end of the holiday was confidently asking for "unas palomitas con sal y azucar" due to the time she spent with him....honestly we can not wait to be back

Also as we arrived it was Ashley's first day and Jose was showing her how to pour a beer,by the end of our stay you could see how her confidence had grown and she proudly told me she had learnt how to make a pina colada!! Well done to all the staff who keep the place running you really are superstars....from a very sad to be leaving but can't wait to come back birnie familia x
