I wanted to like this place — the capsule hotel concept is cool and the price reflects that. The location is a genuine plus: you're right next to Nagoya Station, which is very convenient. The locker was also a pleasant surprise — there was enough room for a full suitcase and all my belongings.
That said, there were too many things that fell short. The shared showers weren't clean, and the stalls could really use an extra couple of hooks or an extra shelf — if you travel with the usual array of cosmetics and toiletries, you'll quickly run out of places to put things. The shared lounge had no kettle, microwave, or even water, which felt like a missed opportunity for a space meant to be a communal area. There are two elevators — one for men, one for women — which sounds thoughtful in principle, but in practice means waiting a very long time, especially during busy periods. And a particularly frustrating policy: luggage storage was available before check-in but not after check-out — something most hotels manage without issue.
The biggest problem, however, was the lack of climate control inside the capsule itself. I woke up in the middle of the night in intense heat and had no choice but to sleep the rest of the night with the privacy curtain open. For a concept that sells itself on a good night's sleep, that's a fundamental failure.

I loved that they jad the lockers and showers on the same floor. Also the men's and women's floors and areas never comunicate. They provide fresh towels and amenities every day and the showers are super comfortable
Is a capsule hotel so if you wake up easily may not be the best option.

Very convenient and easy to access for one night in Nagoya. The capsules were comfortable and well equipped. There were big lockers downstairs and very nice showers. Very clean and pleasant stay.
It was a little inconvenient having the lockers and showers/toilets on a separate floor to the beds. It was also hard to get sink space in the morning when everyone else was wanting to use the sinks.

There are two lifts, separated into male-only and female-only use, which does make some sense. However, the shower and locker areas are on different floors from the sleeping pods, meaning guests need to travel up and down frequently. To make matters worse, the stairs are not open for daily use (only for emergencies), resulting in long waiting times for the lifts during busy hours. Lounge at the 10th floor too small,given that is the only place you are drink some water in the building. I had a good sleep but I heard there were 3-4people snoring in the male’s room.
La modernité des installations, la proximité des transports public et le délicieux coffee shop au 1er étage.
La climatisation était trop bruyante dans les dortoirs, le coussin était trop ferme.
I love that the rooms and the shower/storage area were separate! It helps a lot, actually, to rest as there is no noise in the room.
All the infrastructure was modern, clean and true to the pictures, so I really had a good time there. It set up a really high standard for the capsule hotels that we visited during our trip to Japan.
It´s more like a funny comment, but please fix the top floor lounge balcony door, it is so heavy that even guys need to put a lot of effort to open it.

周辺にコインランドリーがないし宿にもないので、長期滞在には不向き。
朝食付きにしたが、おしゃれなだけでコーヒーが美味しくない。
