Very bad experience the staffs are very rude apart from a guy who help carried my luggage
Pros:

The location is good apart from that is a bad hotel .

Cons:

The front Desk ,lady was very rude,I suppose to check in by 12noon ,I was delayed for 1hour 30mins before I can check into the room .
After check no Toiletries, and Towel which I have to call for and it was later deliver .
Secondly the bathroom is very dirty and untidy, there cockroach running around it's very disgusting .
Thirdly the bathroom shower was very dirty and no hit water .
In the morning infact if you see the breakfast serve is very bad ( Jollof Rice with cold meat ) and no water .
In my finally rating the hotel is in good location ,but the staffs are have nonchalant attitudes it's like someone is begging them to work there .I think the owner need to sack all of them or retrain them in how to smile and do their work .
It's not good for their brand .
I can't even recommend that hotel to my enemies to lodge there it's a pathetic hotel
Cockroaches is running around both big and small.
I rate the Alluring 0/100

Good location, poor amenities
Pros:

Nearness to the airport.

Cons:

The bathroom is as small as a matchbox. It is not fit for human use. You stayed in your filth and hemmed on all sides by dirty walls.

I regretted booking the hotel from Booking.com
Pros:

I am not satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful toward me and my family. Despite my request, they were unable to provide rooms that were close to each other and instead suggested that my children stay downstairs while the parents stayed upstairs, which was not acceptable to us.

Additionally, the hotel increased the room rate, and we were required to pay more than the amount confirmed on Booking.com.

The room itself was damp and uncomfortable at night, with water leaking throughout the night. The walls were dirty, old, and stained from previous water damage.

Cons:

This hotel should not be listed on Booking.com. The internal condition of the room assigned to my family and me was unacceptable. The walls were dirty and poorly maintained, and the room was not clean. In addition, the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, especially on the first day of our stay.
