Otel harbiyede Osmanbey metrosuna 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde, çok tatlı ve sakin bir sokakta. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdi. Sistem üzerinden hata oluşmuş, küçük odaya rezervasyon yapmıştık ancak dolu olunca bizi mağdur etmemek için büyük oda verdiler. Odada mini buzdolabı, kettle, kahve, çay, su, temiz havlu vardı. Sıcak su da akıyordu ve hem oda hem banyo temizdi. Kesinlikle tekrardan kalırız burada çok memnun kaldık. Çok teşekkürler
Pretty good spot not far from the main shopping strip place and square also about 45min walk to the blue mosque would stay again

My family had a great 2-week stay at Wide Suite Taksim.
The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and supportive throughout. Thank you to all the staff for making their stay so pleasant!
While small the room was sufficient, and being a bit away from the elevator helped with quietness. Staff very responsive to needs and WiFi worked well.
The mattress was dented and uneven. While the venue is smoke free there is a little court yard where people go smoke which is bothersome. While it's easy to walk around there is no consideration from smokers who smoke at the entrances of shops and in the streets.

The value to price is exceptional. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned everyday, spacious, well equiped. In essence a no-nonsense place to comfortably spend a few nights.
Broken shower door
Nothing was as it should.
It was dirty. I had to wash the bathroom. The toillet, the shower cabin, the sink... the sheets were full of hair.
In the picture there is a towel - after I used it to clean the sink.
I am satisfied with the service of the staff. Very good location 🏙️
