From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The hospitality exceeded all expectations.

The villa was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and offered breathtaking views. The atmosphere throughout the resort was peaceful, luxurious, and truly unforgettable.

A special thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, attention to detail, and exceptional service. They made us feel valued throughout our stay and created memories that will stay with us for a long time.

Without hesitation, I would rate this property 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. I will definitely return in the future.

Very nice hotel. Staff super friendly and helpful. Although you should consider it as a kind of beach club with rooms rather than a standard hotel. Hence the mixed reviews. Good crowd at the pool every day and nice atmosphere but if you're not into that then you won't enjoy it here. Food was pretty good, although the restaurant is only outdoors so something to consider.

Location, staff & food

Absolutely loved the location of the hotel you’re on the cliff overlooking the ocean and you can walk two minutes out the driveway and be in the middle of a load of restaurants bars and shops.
I love the individuality of each of the seven rooms. I actually want to come back and try a different room every time. The staff are absolutely amazing. They can’t do enough for you and they make sure that even though it’s a very busy place you always have a reserved daybed and table for dinner at night.
The people watching is next level. It’s so entertaining.

Staff were incredible! They all remembered our names and went above and beyond to make it special and easy for us.

Honestly I felt so special staying here. Like proper VIP treatment. I ended up extending another 3 days simply because I was just having the greatest time and was treated so fabulously. All the staff greeted me by my name every day which just made the trip so personal and comfortable, especially for someone travelling solo. I ended up hardly leaving the resort at all as everything I needed was there. The views made it very easy to stick around and everything was incredibly beautiful. The yoga and pilates is a MUST if you are staying here - the views are out of this world throughout the resort but espeically from the lower deck where you do yoga and pilates. It's included as a guest of the hotel which is really great, The staff reserved a poolside bed for me each day as guests of the hotel take priority - the pool club is open to public but it wasn't ever crazy or over the top it was always such a great vibe each day. The aesthetics of the whole place are just fabulous. My room was spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast each morning was delicious and they even had gluten free bread for me which was very helpful and appreciated. Cocktails were very tasty and different but I loved all of them. I basically sat by the pool every day and soaked up the beautiful service from Ulu Cliffhouse. I would rate this place an 11 out of 10.
A huge shout out to the manager Blake who went above and beyond to make my stay in Uluwatu extra special - his knowledge of what to do and where to go in Uluwatu was greatly appreciated. He's an asset to the team and makes the whole place go around. Another shout out to Iluh and Ebi who had the biggest smiles on their faces the entire time and treated me so lovely. I really apprecaite their service and they made my stay very special. Also Johnny at reception bought such a cool vibe to the hotel too - he was friendly and warm and just a good vibe.
I cannot wait to come back here.

loved the staff who were so friendly, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay. I was glad we were there on quieter days (Sunday and Monday) as we were there to chill at the end of our trip not to party so it had a great vibe for spending the day by the pool with the incredible ocean views.

Altes, verranztes Boutique Hotel, was nur vom dem Namen lebt. Das Zimmer war alt, die Nettlacken sowie Handtücher verwaschen und teilweise mit Flecken. Rost in der Dusche, klebrigen Fußboden und einem Safe, der nirgends festgemacht war, man hätte theoretisch einfach aus dem Zimmer raustragen können. Außerdem war die Hälfte des sowie schon einzigen Therethorium nicht nutzbar, da Baustelle. Übrigens ging der Lärm von dieser Baustelle teilweise bis 01 Uhr Nachts.
Pool total eklig und ranzig, dort schwimmt das Sonnenöl an der Oberfläche nur so rum.

Amazing views, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, staff kept a daybed reserved for us, good/generous breakfast. Awesome location (once you get up the driveway to the main road). We’ll definitely stay again!
