Для тусовочной молодежи.
Pros:

Квартира удобная, есть все необходимое. Самый центр города. Если любите тусить в барах - самое то. Под окнами рынок.

Cons:

Парковки нет, такси туда не приезжает. Найти парковку очень сложно и дорого. Менеджер на проблемы не реагирует. У нас не работал кондиционер - 4 дня ничего не сделали, дверь входная не закрывалась. Пыль сильная - но, как я поняла, это из окна надувает.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, рядом с рынком Кармель.одновременно с этим очень тихий номер. Балкон выходит на тихий дворик и отгорожен от внешнего мира зеленью, что выглядит очень уютно. Номер оснащен всем необходимым оборудованием и даже бытовой химией. Посуда, салфетки, , даже есть генератор питьевой воды. Спальная комната находится в собственном мамаде.

Cons:

Не совсем разобрались с работой бойлера, но, если подольше слить воду, горячую можно дождаться.
