Śniadania smaczne i fajny basen

Cons:

Nie spaliśmy w hotelu tylko w jakim domku obok. Masakra . Rozwalona futryna, w łazience brudno i rozwalony kontakt , brak czajnika , brak baterii w pilocie od klimy , trzeba było co chwilę przekładać z tv. Łóżka obskurne i poobdzierane . Obdarty blat w kuchni i jeszcze na koniec wielka skolopendra która całe szczęście nikogo nie ugryzła. Brak żarówki i kloszy .

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

Posizione dell hotel a 5minuti in macchina dalle spiagge di Ksmail

Cons:

*Camera: Piccola e scomoda*
Stanza davvero piccola, senza balcone. Non era presente né una sedia né una scrivania/tavolino per appoggiare la valigia o gli effetti personali. Assenza totale di appendini sia in camera che in bagno. Essendo un posto di mare, non avevamo modo di stendere gli asciugamani da spiaggia.
*Assenza di asciugacapelli* nonostante fosse elencato tra i servizi in camera su Booking.
*Bagno: Sporco e insicuro*
1. *Muffa nera* diffusa su tutta la base doccia e silicone annerito.
2. *Piastrelle*: piastrelle pavimento doccia liscio e molto scivoloso. Rischioso.
3. *Scomodità*: Zero mensole o ripiani in bagno per appoggiare shampoo o effetti personali.
4. *Biancheria*: Capello lungo sul lenzuolo e macchie sulla federa.
*Camera*: Polvere sotto il letto e armadio con solo 2 grucce di filo.
*Colazione: Bassa qualità*
Scelta minima e identica tutti i giorni, senza variazioni. Nessuna etichetta sui succhi o marmellate nei contenitori di vetro. Burro lasciato sciolto fuori frigo, non refrigerato.
*Staff*: Poco cordiale e sgradevole. Siamo stati sgridati davanti ad altri clienti per aver lasciato gli asciugamani usati nella doccia. È la prassi per farli cambiare.
*Comfort*: Isolamento acustico nullo, AC rumoroso e poco efficiente.
*Unico positivo*: Posizione a 5 min dal mare.
mi aspettavo standard minimi di igiene, sicurezza e rispetto. Non li abbiamo trovati. Non consiglio Villa Qendra.

Gostamos muitos dos dias em que ficamos hospedados no hotel, com certeza voltaremos e vamos indicar para mais pessoas!
Pros:

A localização é bem próxima da praia, 7 minutos andando, perto de bares restaurantes, mercado bem na frente. A comida do restaurante do hotel é maravilhosa e os funcionários são muito receptivos e atenciosos. O quarto é bem aconchegante e limpo, tudo funcionando em perfeito estado de uso.

Restoranında yemek yedik öğlen yemeği çok güzeldi fakat ksamil kimse kredi kartından komisyon almazken onlar komisyon aldılar bu hiç mantıklı gelmedi

La gentilezza dello staff è stata una piacevole sorpresa! Rudina è stata molto accogliente e si è preoccupata anche del nostro arrivo un po’ in ritardo, scrivendoci se era andato tutto bene. La struttura si presenta benissimo, le dimensioni della camera come da foto molto adeguate alla nostra famiglia di quattro persone, altro punto di merito alla pulizia impeccabile. Di fronte all’albergo c’è un minimarket con tutto l’essenziale, le spiagge più vicine distano a 7 minuti circa dalla struttura.
La piscina era di dimensioni adeguate e il giardino circostante, sempre in ordine pulito.
La colazione è stata più che abbondante e variegata per le diverse nazionalità di turisti, frequentanti la struttura.
Molto valida la spiaggia alle spalle dell’albergo, a differenza invece delle altre più rinomate, dove c’era un flusso importante di turisti.
Un saluto a tutto lo staff e in particolare al piccolo Chris❤️.

Jättemysigt hotell med en otroligt fin familj som drev det ❤️ Vi bodde i en "lägenhet", väldigt nära poolen. Enkelt, men fint och välstädat. Fantastiskt god frukost och mat på restaurangen 🫶 De som driver detta hotell var helt otroligt fina människor, och jag vill rekommendera detta hotell till alla! Kärlek till er från familjen Ågren i Sverige ❤️

Výborný relax
Pros:

Veĺmi priatelský personál, mladý čašník nám dokonca vyniesol kufre na izbu. Bazén veĺmi čistý, izba čistá, raňajky výborné a bohaté. Aj večera cenovo prístupná a veĺmi chutná. Majitelka stále v nasadení, veĺmi milá.
