Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miły personel, dobre śniadania, czyste i komfortowe pokoje.

Wenn Palermo, dann dieses Hotel. Zentraler geht es nicht. Man fällt aus der Eingangstür direkt auf die Straße touristischer Hightlights. Dann: klassischer geht es kaum. Tolles „Schlossambiente“, Sektempfang, Dachterrasse…

Stefania und Rosario waren die besten Rezeptionisten, die vorstellbar sind: sehr zuvorkommend, stets behilflich und sehr versiert. Tolles Frühstück… es war wirklich toll.

Schönes Hotel in einem alten Palazzo mitten in der Altstadt von Palermo. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind sehr ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert, war aber kein Drama. Sie hätten danach geschaut, aber wir haben ihn nicht gebraucht.

El hotel increíble, fue la residencia de un barón y la decoración , arquitectura, todo es maravilloso. Re bien ubicado y el personal super amable!

Lo único que el personal de limpieza sube con sus elementos de trabajo en el mismo que los huéspedes.

Tæt på seværdighederne og restauranterne. Lige ud til gaden hvor der er masser af liv. Tæt på offentlig transport.
Pros:

Beliggenhed centralt lige midt i det pulserende byliv. Stor morgenmads buffet/udvalg. Flot og palads-agtig hotel og har sin charme hvis man ser bort fra de slidte møbler og plastik blomster på morgenmads-bordene.

Cons:

Stedet så slidt ud. Møblerne var slidte og ikke velholdte. Vandet i bruseren løb ikke ordentlig ud. Ikke nemt at få parkering tæt på hvis man har bil. Personalet generelt ikke særlig imødekommende eller smilende. Hvis man ikke har booket bord i roof top restauranten kan man ikke bare få en drink og se udsigten. Der er ingen udsigt fra baren oppe på øverste etage.

Un antiguo palacio muy elegante, extremadamente limpio, muy bien cuidado, con frescos y muebles maravillosos. Muy céntrico. Las habitaciones son buenas también y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno, inmejorable.

Grate location with romantic vintage vibe
Pros:

Eurostars Centrale Palace is situated right in the historic heart of Palermo near the Quattro Canti, Via Maqueda, and the Palermo Cathedral. The building dates back to the 18th century as the grand home of the noble Tarallo family. The overall design is intentional in its romantic nostalgia, directly channeling the melancholic, upper-class Sicilian elegance made famous by the historic novel Il Gattopardo. The Superior Double Room was spacious, with very comfortable bed and private separate direct access to the inner courtyard garden space. The entire property is well air-conditioned. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. I would stay in this hotel again.

Cons:

In the first room we were accommodated, the sink was leaking directly onto the floor. We would recommend pre-arrival checks and routine maintenance in order to avoid such inconvenience for the guests.
