Central location good value
Pros:

Centre of the city, 10 minute walk from the train station. This is a fabulous building great character. Breakfast is available for 13 euros. Rooms are comfortable with good amenities. Our bathroom was huge with hairdryer and shower gel shampoo and conditioner toothbrush’s and paste !

Cons:

Check in was a little slow , the room keys are huge and need to be left at reception, which causes issue with the lack of reception staff on hand to collect them. Our bathroom amenities were empty shampoo and conditioner both empty!

Pros:

I had a room for 2 people, improved, which was on the 1st floor at the end of the corridor, the window did not open and the view was the wall of the front building. The location of the hotel was good, the breakfast was good, the room was large, with old renovations, the cleanliness could have been better. They waited 2 hours to enter the room because they did not see the payment that I had paid in advance through Booking. Also, they made me pay extra for breakfast when I left the hotel, which I am now investigating.

Było przyjemnie, jedzenie super natomiast mają małe niedociągnięcia. Ogólnie miejsce godne polecenia.
Pros:

Obiekt jest zabytkowym pałacem więc sam obiekt się broni pięknym miejscem, architektura.

Cons:

Zdjęcia przedstawiające obiekt są mylące i niejednoznaczne. Byliśmy przekonani, że tarasy z widokiem na morze są ogólnodostępne i że będziemy jeść śniadanie właśnie w tym miejscu, a okazało się że taras jest obiektem restauracyjnym.. warto zawrzeć to w opisie.

Dodatkowo personel na recepcji traktował nas różnie ( w zależności od pracownika), po minach było widać, że nie biorą nas na poważnie, że być może nie jesteśmy gośćmi hotelowymi. Podejrzewam, że z racji wieku ? 27/28 lat. Natomiast od razu czuliśmy się obco. Pozostały personel jak najbardziej spisał się w 100%

Pros:

Lokasjon, luftkvalitet på rommet i varmen ute. Særdeles hyggelig betjening. Rene rom og stille om natta.

Pros:

Absolutely magnificent hotel. Breathtaking interior. Spotlessly clean.The food was fabulous and the location was perfect.

Cons:

Guests are not able to control the temperature of the AC in the rooms. Even when a staff member tried to lower it for us to 23° it automatically went back to 24.5°. That's a bit too hot for July and August.

Une oasis de calme et de fraîcheur au sein du quartier historique de Palerme.
Pros:

L'emplacement exceptionnel de l'hôtel au centre du quartier historique en fait l'endroit idéal pour découvrit Palerme.
Une fois la porte franchie, on ne peut qu'être sensible au charme intemporel qui se dégage de l'emménagement intérieur et de la décoration du bâtiment.
Entre autre, nous avons particulièrement appréciée la petite terrasse privée, isolée des regards par de la végétation, sur laquelle donnait la chambre.
