We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel.
First of all, the reception staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed, from recommendations about the city and restaurant suggestions to practical advice on how to get around and the best times to visit different places. Every recommendation they gave us was excellent. No matter what questions we had, they were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help.
The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was spotless and impeccably clean. The building has a charming, authentic Italian atmosphere and reminded us of a traditional Italian villa or palace, with elegant interiors and plenty of character.
The location is another major advantage. It is right in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian area, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot.
Overall, we could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo.
Nothing at all!
This hotel is located in the very centre of Palermo and all of the main attractions are very easy to reach. However, if you arrive by car the streets nearby are pedestrianised.
Unfortunately, I could not say it lived up to the reviews. We stayed there for the last night of a 2 week trip in a double room. While there is a lift we had to carry our bags up 2 sets of steps to reach our room. The room was shabby and in need of fresh paint and the bathroom not as clean as I would have expected. There was only one staff member on duty at reception and the cocktail bar was closed when we arrived at 6pm. All in all, I am sorry to say it was a disappointing stay and not a 4star experience.

The property has major buildings works underway which woke us up and disturbed out stay. The property is old, run down and smells like disinfectant.

Świetna lokalizacja, można całe Palermo zwiedzić na piechotę starując z tego miejsca. Za rogiem milion barów, restauracji, sklepów itp. Oczywiście wszystko pod turystę. Mimo, że na ulicy jest głośno i gwarno w hotelu jest cicho i spokojnie.
Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Jedzenia nie oceniam - nie korzystałem z oferty posiłków w hotelu.

Es una vergüenza el estado del hotel. Se escucha cuando alguien usa el baño o incluso habla en voz alta. Nos dieron una habitación con ventanas al patio interior y cada día a las 6:00 am nos despertábamos con el ruido de los camiones que descargaban mercancía o con las conversaciones de los empleados. Las habitaciones huelen mal porque las tuberías de la canalización son viejísimas. En el desayuno los platos y los cubiertos estaban mal lavados. En resumen, el hotel necesita ser cerrado y reparado de manera capital.

It was very centrally located in the middle of all the action. A grand old building with lots of charm and character. The breakfast at 13 euros was exceptional value and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A very good choice.
It was a bit noisy at night.
Le bâtiment est superbe, le petit dej et le personnel sympas.
La chambre est petite, ça sentait mauvais à cause des canalisations par moments.
Ce n’est pas un vrai lit double mais 2 lits simples juste mis l’un à côté de l’autre et non maintenus ensemble, c’était assez inconfortable.
Le rapport qualité prix nous paraît élevé et nous sommes pourtant habitués aux hôtels 4 étoiles de centre ville.
