The best of everything
Pros:

Excellent location, very convenient, right in the middle of everything. Outside the bustle of crowds and buskers, inside peace and quiet. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful, the concierges were helpful when needed. We loved the ambience- walking through the salons with their elaborate architecture, chandeliers, antiques and period art, we really felt the history of the palazzo. We couldn’t have been happier.

Location great, breakfast delicious, internet connectivity very poor.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety. Room was rather small, but the location was ideal, near many top sites abnd good restaurants.

Cons:

Internet was very weak. I had to make an important international phone call and the signal was too weak for me to hear the other party or for them to hear me. The call kept getting dropped and I had to try multiple times, finally coming down to the lobby/reception area where the signal was a little better. But this should not be the case in a hotel as highly rated as this one.
