Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

No in room drinking making facilities eg kettle, No TV channels, Beds were much too soft, no in room safe, very noisy street after hours.

Great location, lovely staff and a good breakfast. Just remember to ask for housekeeping!
Pros:

The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good too, with plenty to choose from.

One thing to be aware of: housekeeping is on request, so you need to ask for your room to be cleaned.

There was also a strange smell in the hallway, though I suspect it was related to the maintenance work currently underway.

Overall, a lovely stay, and I'd happily come back.

En mycket trevlig vistelse
Pros:

Läget några minuter från centralstationen.
Snygg inredning, jättefin uteplats när vädret tillåter. Trevlig personal. Frukosten var fantastisk, kock som lagade omelett på beställning, bra utbud av frukt och grönsaker.

Cons:

Allt var bra, möjligtvis att dubbelsängen stod med ena sidan mot en vägg, men sängen var bra.
Kanske något dyrt, men Köpenhamn är Köpenhamn.

Absolut zu teuer. 13m2 Zimmer für EUR 220,-
Der Fernseher sollte Google Broadcast haben. Funktionierte leider nicht.

A disappointment for the price.
Pros:

Very central location, close to main station. Quiet. Pleasant, welcoming staff. Nice toiletries. Steamer (as opposed to iron) in room was useful. Good hair dryer.

Cons:

Our booked room wasn’t ready by 3 pm check in time, so we were provided with a different room, on the fifth floor. As we had been travelling since 4 am that morning, we accepted it, rather than wait around any longer. Room was in a separate building, across a small courtyard - not ideal in the rain - and the lift doesn’t come to the ground floor, so you have to carry luggage up to the first floor and then take the lift up. Not a major issue for us, but we met other guests who found that a struggle. The room was a big disappointment - cramped, and in the eaves, with a very low ceiling on one side. Impossible to get in or out of bed on that side without crouching almost double and shuffling sideways. On the other side, a very small gap between the bed frame and the hanging unit made it equally difficult to get out without hacking shins. Feeble shower, water not very hot. Inadequate blinds that did a very poor job of keeping out the light. We had the windows open for fresh air - there was a thermostat in the room but no apparent air cooling or air conditioning - so the blinds rattled all night. Very soft mattress.
