Great breakfast, lovely staff, simple rooms all perfect. Had a great time
Pros:

So close to the station, perfect for us. Simple rooms, comfortable, fabulous breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff

Cons:

We had an inner courtyard room which was fine for 2 nights, however the third night people were drinking outside after 12, and were exceptionally noisy - think there needs to be a curfew of 11pm for sitting outside, in fairness to other guests

Pros:

Close to the station so easy to get around. The outside garden was beautiful and the beds were very comfy.

Cons:

The hostel opposite is very loud in the evenings and as there is no air con we had to shut the windows at night to keep out the noise even though we wanted them open for some fresh air.

Pros:

The location was perfect to the train station bakeries restaurants parks etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely communal garden area to sit and relax.

Cons:

It was hard to keep the bathroom floor dry after a shower. Unfortunately had to use extra towels for that purpose. A squeegee might be helpful to direct the water into the floor drain.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the Central station, the Metro and walking distance to some major attractions such as Tivoli Gardens The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices to suit everyone. If you like Thai food we recommend Pad Thai Takeaway. It is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It's mainly takeaway but has seating and we ate there regularly. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff are lovely people. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The room was small but that's how it was advertised and we still had a great stay so no real complaints.

Location was great and the bar, garden and breakfast room looked lovely

Cons:

Air con didn’t work. Room was very hot. We asked for room to be cleaned but sheets weren’t changed. We asked again that evening for fresh sheets as this wasn’t done during the clean and a duvet and pillows were just left on the bed when we came back and still no fresh sheets. Room was very small and it wasn’t a cheap hotel!
