muy agradecida, volvería por el servicio y las habitaciones!!!

la atención de todas las personas; me ayudaron con el desayuno antes de las 7!! mil gracias

Cons:

sin ascensor es complicado cuando se lleva maleta, la señorita me ayudó a subirla muy gentil (afortunadamente mi maleta estaba pequeña y no muy pesada), por ello en confort califico con bien; la bulla de los señores de los buses que se estacionan al frente, se escucha duro, pero después de una hora (tipo 9 o 9.30 no recuerdo muy bien porque me quedé dormida) en la noche ya no se escuchan y se puede descansar!

Excelente ubicacion
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, el personal es respetuoso y amigable, pero no lo recomiendo cuando este ocupado por grupos o equipos deportivos la atención y los espacios sociales es solo para ellos y fue desagradable la experiencia .

Cons:

Creo que pueden mejorar la limpieza y organizar mejor ese tema del desayuno para los demás huésped.

No volveria a quedarme, tal vez iria solo de dia por la piscina.
Pros:

La piscina del hotel es lo unico lindo que puedo rescatar, pero el personal atiende muy mal y en general todo esta muy mal, las habitaciones no cumplen con lo que ofrecen.

Cons:

La habitacion no era la solicitada apenas tenian una cama y baño pero no habia closet ni espacio para poner las maletas. Me ofrecieron cancelar la reserva y por un dinero extra tome otra habitacion aunque la experiencia siguio siendo fatal, el aire acondicionado no era suficiente y solo ofreen agua fria en la ducha.

Pros:

Es un lugar limpio, buena relación precio/calidad, buena ubicación. Los desayunos incluidos son ricos. Los colaboradores del hotel son amables.

Cons:

No había agua caliente. En mi habitación no había nevera, probablemente estaba averiada.
