A good quality hotel for a single night stay in a convenient location
Pros:

The check in was quick and efficient and the room very clean with good tea and coffee facilities.

Cons:

I booked a double room for single occupancy. Not that it was a problem for me, but for two people, the room would have felt very cramped and the bed really small.

Pas de pression dans la douche.
Pleins de poussières au niveau du lit.
La couette du lit était trop courte.
On ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer.
La climatisation est vieille et sent mauvais une fois allumée.
Personnels de l'hôtel pas aimables.
Avec une erreur de date un an à l'avance impossible de nous modifier les dates.
Hôtel vieillot à l'intérieur.
Cher pour ce que ça vaut.
Nous faire siffler comme des chiens par téléphone à 11h pour rendre la chambre.
On ne pouvait même pas utiliser le savon pour les mains car il était cassé.

Lontoon hotelliksi hyvä, mutta äänieristys surkea.
Pros:

Aamiainen hyvä, mukavaa kun sai tilata mieluista listalta. Sijainti oli hyvä ja erinomainen ravintola ihan nurkan takana.

Cons:

Kaikki pienetkin äänet kuuluivat huoneesta toiseen. Heräsin jonkun yskimiseen jne.
Tyyny aivan liian korkea. Ensimmäinen yö meni valvoessa. Sitten sain pyynnöstä litteän tyynyn ja sain nukuttua tyynyn puolesta paremmin.

La seconda struttura dove ci hanno trasferiti a seguito di problemi con la stanza era davvero bella e molto moderna. Gentilissima la ragazza alla reception che ha subito provveduto a trovarci una soluzione.

Cons:

La nostra stanza era molto umida ed emanava davvero un cattivo odore, inoltre c’era un problema di perdita lavandino e per questo motivo ci hanno trasferiti in un altro hotel.

Room 302 need repair in the bathroom. There is water seeping through the floor. The staff knows and still booked it to us. That was disappointing

La posizione dell'hotel e la gentilezza solo del personale addetto al servizio colazione

Cons:

La freddezza del personale alla reception, escluse un paio di persone, la colazione troppo monotona, la pulizia delle stanze sicuramente da migliorare, l'inesistente insonorizzazione (si sente proprio tutto...), e in ultimo le dimensioni ridicole della stanza per due persone... a stento ce ne stava una.
