Cancelation Policy (Multiple Bookings):
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, cancelations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card the cost of the entire reservation.

Sehe gute Lage, sehr gemütliches Hotel, typisch englisch mit fantastischem Frühstück, auf Anfrage auch Oatmilk. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
The hotel is well maintained, nice breakfast, comfortable bedding. A bit noisy if someone talks outside your room but can’t hear people in other rooms.
The location is very easily accessible from lancaster gate station and hyde park.
We stayed as a family of two adults and two children, including a baby stroller, and unfortunately our experience did not meet the expectations of a 4-star property.
The room and hallways were extremely small, making it very difficult to move around with luggage and a stroller. Once our suitcases were opened, there was barely enough space to walk comfortably. The room also appeared to have been cleaned inadequately, with visible dust in the corners.
The room description suggested a double bed; however, what we received was two single beds pushed together, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room intercom was not functioning throughout our stay despite multiple reminders to the hotel staff.
Basic amenities such as a vanity kit and toothbrushes were not provided. The complimentary tea and milk supplied in the room also appeared to be of poor quality.
Accessibility is another major concern. The hotel entrance does not have proper wheelchair or stroller ramp access, requiring us to lift the stroller every time we entered or exited the property. The lift was also very small and slow, which further added to the inconvenience when travelling with children and luggage.
Overall, I struggle to understand how this property is rated as a 4-star hotel on Booking.com. Based on the room size, facilities, accessibility, and overall experience, I would rate it closer to a 3 to 3.5-star property.

Overall good value with some hesitations. On the positive side, lots of outlets for cpap and chargers, quiet, AC worked beautifully. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and prompt. The room was clean. The location is also very near to Kensington Park, so near some nice places to visit. It is not as near to Paddington Station as you may think. Not so positive was the small bathroom, the 3 inch high bottom door jam into/out of the bathroom that was a tripping hazard and caused several stubbed toes, the awkward placement of the toilet roll holder, and the lack of food amenities at lunchtime and dinner. As well, if you have dietary restrictions (wheat allergy here) and you plan on having breakfast at the hotel, plan ahead or they will not be able to accommodate you.

ubicacion perfecta, con trenes y camiones cercanos, a un paso de los jardines de Kensigton, que son un placer caminar aun despues de una larga jornada. Desayuno buffet con menu caliente a elegir, bastante basto, para aguantar todo el dia. Habitacion, un poco pequeña, la cama queda pegada a la pared de un lado y hay que brincar al compañero para salir

We had to unexpectedly stay in London late after a delayed Eurostar. The staff were friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond (24 hour reception). The room size was generous as was the breakfast. The bed was really comfortable. It really made up for not being able to get home as planned. The location is great too. Easy to access the heart of London (20 mins on circle line (the easy one) but a quieter, leafy neighbourhood with lots of lovely local cafes and restaurants. Also good to see front steps and reception area all moped first thing in the morning. Highly recommended.

Emplacement et joli hôtel
Nous avons eu une chambre dont la vue était bouchée par un énorme bloc électrique et qui a fait du bruit durant nos deux nuits a l'hôtel. Impossible de dormir correctement. Malgré ma requête auprès de l'établissement, nous n'avons pas eu d'autre chambre.. j'ai trouvé que ce n'était pas professionnel de nous attribuer cette chambre à côté des travaux de réfection d'une partie de l'hôtel
