Mooi hotel zonder spa maar geen 5 sterren waard
Pros:

Supermooi hotel wat je al van ver ziet liggen. Kamers zijn goed schoon en heerlijk ruim. Personeel in ontbijtruimte was erg vriendelijk, daar kunnen ze bij de receptie nog wat van leren.
Prima ontbijt, als er iets op was of je vroeg om iets werd het direct gehaald of gemaakt.
Prima ligging op loopafstand van de stad (die geweldig is).
Heerlijk voor de deur op het terrein parkeren.

Cons:

Binnenzwembad, sauna enz was gesloten. 1e dag was buitenbad nog open met een snauw en een grauw van receptie om op ligbedjes te mogen liggen want het zou te koud zijn (terwijl het 25C was buiten). Ook was de bar niet open en waren er geen handdoeken beschikbaar. Onze andere dagen waren alle ligbed kussens weggehaald en was het zwembad afgezet.

L hôtel est très beau et bien placé. Le lit est très confortable et les chambres sont très propres et bien équipées

Cons:

Il y a une piscine extérieure qui n était pas accessible. Une piscine intérieure ainsi qu'un spa, sauna, jacuzzi qui n était ni accessible ni ouvert. Dommage car j avais sélectionné cet hôtel pour ces infrastructures. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas fou pour un 5 étoiles

What a waste to see such a beautiful hotel in the hands of reception staff who do not seem trained for the tourism and hospitality industry.
This hotel has huge potential: the building is magnificent, the city of Berat is beautiful, and the overall setting is truly impressive.
Unfortunately, almost all the hotel facilities were closed, except for the restaurant. We had dinner there on our first night; it was decent, but not the “wow effect” expected from a hotel of this category.
We also asked to change rooms because of dust and cleanliness issues. The bathrobes should also be replaced with better-quality ones.
The hotel manager should be more involved on-site and pay attention to customer feedback, because this hotel truly has everything needed to attract many more tourists and become a top destination in the area.
