Fantastically central location; the facilities were great. The bathroom was bigger than the bedroom for some reason.
The air vent was quite noisy and the staff were not friendly.

Perfectly located in Bath Central the hotel was excellent for a stay in the city. All staff were friendly and helpful and kindly gave us a free room upgrade as we were celebrating a special occasion.
Room was very comfortable and clean, with special mention to a great nights sleep thanks to the quality of the mattress. Good selection available for breakfast and great coffee.

The location was good and the building was lovely. The breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful.
When we arrived to have a drink, there were no staff behind the bar to serve alcohol because they didn’t turn up until 2 o’clock in the afternoon. The breakfast waiting Staff were trying to run the bar and they were allowed to serve a Guinness in cans, but not a glass of wine. I had to show them how to use the canned Guinness pump.
As a surprise for my wife’s birthday I paid extra to have a suite which was downstairs in the adjacent building. The heater in the room was incredibly noisy so we had to turn it off and there was a panel missing showing the fuse board. The pictures weren’t straight on the walls and the room was stuffy as there were no windows. The bathroom was amazing but freezing cold because the heater only came on when the key card was in the slot.

Excellent central location , couldn’t be better, staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make you welcome , rooms were clean and tidy with ample toiletries and drinks .it was a birthday trip and on arrival they had given us a free upgrade to one of their cinematography rooms, but unfortunately the room had no windows which isn’t good as I suffer from claustrophobia the bathroom in this room was truly amazing but unfortunate that we couldn’t stay in this room. Staff were notified and swiftly moved us to another of their cinematography rooms which although not as grand was amble and had huge windows
There wasn’t a lot not to like except the bar was grossly overpriced £50 for a standard bottle of savignion blanc , and menu was very limited. We went out into Bath and there were so many bars and restaurants for us to choose from .
The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me, who was dumb enough to forget to bring my travel adapter on a business trip... Also liked the really good breakfast with nice options and excellent service.
Via email, in the aftermath, they provided an adapted invoice within the blink of an eye. It was already the second time, and I will return for sure!
Beautiful frontage and excellent location. We received a complimentary upgrade which was lovely and the staff could not have been more helpful or attentive.
The decor looked a bit tired and there were a few areas that were missed by cleaners.
