Pros:

This hotel has an excellent location.

Cons:

What’s the problem with USB points?? It’s not like USB was invented yesterday…Practically everybody has at least one USB device that needs charging! And, it not like it’s difficult to install them…simply replace the existing power points…cheap cheap cheap.

Also, basic maintenance would make the world of difference. Like, cleaning the shower heads so they function properly and more generally renovating the bathrooms so, they are clean without mouldy grout etc etc.

Os quartos precisam de reparos urgente.
Vi que estão fazendo isso.
O valor da diária é muito cara pelo quarto e café da manhã que dispõe. Acho que o valor é pela paisagem. Mas os funcionários são ótimos.

Banheiros velhos e faltando manutenção. Chuveiros ruins. A água se espalhava por todo o banheiro na hora do banho. Havia mofo nas paredes dos quartos.

Pros:

Localização excepcional, em frente a represa. Com uma vista linda, pássaros diversos chegam pertinho do hotel.
Comida do bar é muito gostosa, porções com preço legal e quantidades também.
A piscina do andar de cima é climatizada, mas estava gelada porque estava frio.
O quarto é aconchegante e tudo estava limpo.
Café da manhã gostoso!

Cons:

O chuveiro é aquecimento solar e não tem indicador de qual lado devo abrir, e o lado lá é invertido, a água quente fica do lado direito. Normalmente fica do lado esquerdo.
Devido a isso ficamos esperando muito a água aquecer, chamamos a recepção e eles nos informaram de que era do lado direito.
Falta um indicador de quente e frio.

Tem mesa de sinuca próximo da piscina, mas os tacos estão ruins, alguns tortos, as bolas estão ruins (uma delas não tem formato redondo mais kkkk) e a mesa está toda manchada e com cheiro de mofo, precisa de mais cuidados.
