Su personal hace la diferencia
Pros:

Excelente servicio en general. Quienes nos atendieron al llegar y en especial quienes nos atendieron en el comedor ( Charlin fue muy amable)

Cons:

La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, sin embargo, muy ruidosa desde el exterior. Mas que colocar doble ventana, lo que se requiere son ventanales termo panel para minimizar al máximo el ruido. Además de esto, entraba mucha luz del pasillo por debajo de la puerta, lo que nos obligó a colocar una manta para oscurecer la habitación

Completamente satisfactoria.
Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno y variado. La ubicación del hotel es espléndida, está cerca de todo y tiene el Metrotren a poca distancia. La cama muy confortable.

Cons:

Algo mejorable es que había pocos colgadores en el closet, para dos personas.
