Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

En resume la estadía estuvo muy buena, la atención de todo el personal fue buenísima, el desayuno muy bueno, no tan variado pero bueno en cuanto a calidad y cantidad. El hotel y las habitaciones siempre muy limpias y ordenadas

Cons:

Lo único que podría señalar es que el hotel no cuenta con un lugar externo (terraza, balcón, etc) para fumadores, hay que salir del recinto para poder hacerlo. Debería contar con algún lugar aunque sea pequeño pero dentro del hotel para esto

Evitar en meses fríos
Pros:

El hotel se encuentra convenientemente ubicado en el centro, a un par de cuadras de la plaza y a sólo 15-20 minutos del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con clóset, algunas habitaciones cuentan con frigobar. El agua de la ducha tiene buena presión y temperatura.

El desayuno tiene variedad de panes, queso, huevos, jamón, dulces, yogur, frutas y cereales. Se sirve desde bastante temprano.

El personal es muy amable y atento, responden rápidamente a los requerimientos.

Cons:

A pesar de los puntos buenos, la experiencia estuvo muy mermada por el hecho de que el hotel es un congelador. Tanto los espacios comunes (como el del desayuno) como las habitaciones son bastante frías. Es más, tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación (lo gestionaron muy rápido) porque la calefacción no estaba funcionando bien en nuestro piso y aún así tuvimos que pedir algunas frazadas para no pasar frío de noche, ya que las camas no cuentan con tanta ropa. Al desayuno hay que bajar con abrigo porque el área común también es muy helada. Me imagino que en verano debe ser bastante agradable, pero personalmente evitaré visitar este hotel en los meses fríos y llama la atención que no esté debidamente climatizado.

La estabilidad de la conexión wifi también puede mejorar.

"Antiguo pero impecable, rico desayuno, excelente atención"
Pros:

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado. Es un hotel antiguo, pero muy cómodo y limpio. Cuenta con parqueadero, lo cual fue muy conveniente, y el desayuno estuvo delicioso. Las instalaciones son agradables y el personal siempre fue amable y servicial, atentos a cualquier necesidad durante la estadía. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Buen hotel, confiable. Pero muy helado en invierno.
Pros:

El Hotel queda muy bien ubicado y es de un estándar bueno. Las personas que atienden son particularmente amables. El desayuno es abundante.

Cons:

Viajo todos los meses a Concepción y me alojo en el mismo Hotel y en la misma habitación. Pero creo que volveré nuevamente recién en primavera, porque había mucho frío. La calefacción no es suficiente para la pieza que tomé y la zona de comedor estaba heladísimo. Todo terminó con un resfrío que aún no se me quita. Es un buen hotel y sin duda volveré, pero en primavera.

Buena, cumple objetivo y producto ofrecido.
Pros:

Desayuno bueno, abundante y repetitivo.
Ubicación, excelente, pleno centro de Concepción
Baño confortable.
Limpieza y presentación de habitación y espacios, impecable.
Calefacción excelente

Cons:

Que no hubiera servicio de cafetería de cortesía, al menos en Invierno, podrían considerarlo. Y de esta forma no tener que pagar $1.500.- por un sobre de café. ( No me parece )

Pros:

Location, comfortability, amenities, clean. This hotel is a good place to spend the night or a weekend.

Cons:

The room has no frigobar; the building has no washing room (dirty cloth you have to keep it an wash it somewhere else). The entrance to the parking area is excessively steep and narrow. To exit, you need to gain momentum; otherwise, the vehicle will not be able to make it up the slope. Caution is advised for large vehicles and/or those with engines smaller than 1200cc.
