Pros:

Гостувала съм в хотела в едностаен апартамент и в студио. Бяха чудесни,просторни и все едно си си вкъщи. Персоналът беше любезен и отзивчив.
Това е моят избор за хотел в София. Препоръчвам.

Cons:

Последното ми нощуване в хотела малко ме разочарова. Реших да пробвам нощувка в Делукс стая,но тя не оправда очакванията ми. Рецепционистката нямаше да ми върне ресто и ме накара в дъжда да търся някъде да ми развалят парите. Имах нужда от още една завивка- прати ме сама да се оправям с камериерката.Но пък да ѝ дадем време,тъй като каза,че е нова.

Very bad place and very bad customer service

The worst place I have ever been very bad customer service and very bad hotel not recommending to any one. 👎🤢

Poor keeping of the property
Pros:

Price was reasonable.
But no AC no WIFI.

Cons:

No wifi no AC both were not working staff was not surprised nor helpful.
Lights off at lobby and stairs by motion too short.
Elevator half floor above lobby.
Bed cover with cigarette hole....
