Very bad place and very bad customer service

The worst place I have ever been very bad customer service and very bad hotel not recommending to any one. 👎🤢

Poor keeping of the property
Pros:

Price was reasonable.
But no AC no WIFI.

Cons:

No wifi no AC both were not working staff was not surprised nor helpful.
Lights off at lobby and stairs by motion too short.
Elevator half floor above lobby.
Bed cover with cigarette hole....

Pros:

Близо е до автобусна спирка и магазин.

Cons:

Климатизацията не работи - единствено бръмчи силно и вкарва външен въздух в стаята. Като отговора на рецепция бе - "ами вземете си вентилатор". Осветлението над спалнята не работи, полицата под огледалото в банята е отчекната и застопорена с картончета за стената за да не падне. Сина ми видя хлебарка в стаята. На едната хавлия имаше кафяво петно (няма да казвам от какво). Откривахме дълги косми в леглото от предходни гости. Телевизора има само няколко програми. Няма комарници по прозорците и изолацията почти не изолира от шумове. Завесата край вратопрозореца едва се държи да не падне. Едната стена бе цялата обелена от влага/теч.

Pros:

Близко до мястото, което се налагаше да посетя.

Cons:

Накъсани тапети по стените, липсваща врата между спалня и помещението особено като кухненски бокс,, раздърпани покривала за легла, лекета по декоративни възглавници, липса на комарници по прозорци и балконска врата.
За една нощувка става.
Липса на паркинг към хотела. Търсиш място около блоковете.
