A nice hotel for those who like to walk
Pros:

The room was a good size and comfortable, and breakfast was very good (and until 11am, which was nice). The location was pleasant, on a nice street with restaurant terraces and no cars, albeit a bit further to walk to the sights.

Cons:

Check-in took 15 minutes just to have someone available. The bar closes at 11pm so you can't have a late night-cap there. You need to use your card to open the door to the lifts and the door always swings in your face, which isn't pleasant.

Ett härligt ställe att landa på när man turistar i Stockholm.
Pros:

Perfekt läge, fantastisk frukost. Krämig äggröra, apelsinjuice som smakar apelsin….. Mysig, personlig inredning i lobby och restaurang (inbyggda bokhyllor överallt). Supergod och prisvärd mat i bistron ( som dessutom gav 100 kr i rabatt per rum och dag för hotellets gäster). Efter att barnen fått sitt åt vi varje kväll i restaurangen. Supertrevlig serveringspersonal!

Location, cleanliness.

Maintenance guy took responsibility for the issue we had to complete resolution including room change.

Cons:

Had an issue with bathroom, it was sorted but I had to ask twice. It was resolved and moved room but don't know when I had to ask twice.
