The room was nicely laid out, nice bed, plenty of work space, good size bathroom and counter space, shower had excellent water pressure. Not enough hangers in the closet.Beautiful lobby with a lively atmosphere. Pool has lap lanes. Easy walking distance to the Flower Fields and Outlets.
Having the Karl Strauss Brewing Company restaurant next door was a nice benefit.
Only downside was the airplanes departing at 2:30 AM waking us up, and the printer in the business center table wasn't working

Lovely location and property grounds. The staff was very friendly. The rooms lacked amenities that I would expect in a tapestry collection room such as a modern bathroom , slippers and bathrobe but the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel doesn’t offer room service on property, you have to order it through Karl Strauss next door and they deliver but it would have been nice to have it through the hotel also. There’s no valet, only self parking. Overall I would stay again based on the location and overall good customer service.
I had the opportunity to bring a tour group to stay at this hotel from May 4–6, 2026, booking 13 rooms per night. The hotel demonstrated excellent preparation for our arrival, and the check-in process was smooth and well-organized.
The overall atmosphere, location, and accommodations were all very impressive. Every one of my clients was highly satisfied with their stay and spoke positively about their experience.
If I have the chance to visit this city again, I would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation.
Hilton’s rules for use of a free night coupon with an added paid night are cumbersome for hotel guests and Hilton staff alike. Hilton apparently prefers a guest does not add a paid 2nd night when using a free 1st night coupon. A questionable business decision but I suppose your computers are unable to accommodate guest service in this area.
We were disappointed in not having a microwave, a must.
Also I asked the front desk to have the repair people swing by and fix the blinking light on the phone but no-one came. I disconnected it then plugged it back in and still the light blinked. not well, get over it!
Overall, the staff was cordial and the cleaning staff excellent.
I booked through Hilton honors phone rep. At check in we were given 2 rooms with a terrible view (swamp cooler on top of adjacent building). Expected better for the price and loyalty.

Beautiful pool area. Nice, clean room. Great location for visiting Legoland. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the parking lot.
Good property, would have given 5 stars but the pool/food was a bit disappointing. Hot tub was hardly warm at all and this was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. The pool grounds could be a little more upkept. Would not recommend the brewery. Our food arrived cold which was odd considering our room was 10 steps away. No silverware provided. $25 charge to deliver which I did not realize until after the fact. For the price of the rooms I expected a bit more.

They were super nice at first, set up the room with a little birthday surprise. But unfortunately, the staff had no idea about the Easter activities and sent us to the wrong place. Breakfast was terrible, $25 plus 18% gratuity for regular buffet food, which was not good. Everything was overpriced, and the service was terrible because of the forced gratuity.
There was not enough toilet paper or towels, and parking was not easy. $36 a day for garage parking on top of over $200 a day to stay, plus $25 a person for a bad buffet breakfast.
Great location close to the flower fields, legoland and windmill food hall.
