No he desayunado, aunque era muy agradable el restaurante y hemos cenado y muy bien.
It was exactly what we expected because we were just staying there a few hours to sleep and shower, so the size wasn't a problem, if we would have stay longer, maybe the size would be a problem, but for the price and location was good.
We arrived at around 4:00 a.m. and had a lot of trouble finding the place because it looked closed from the outside. We contacted the staff via WhatsApp, and someone answered, but unfortunately, they didn’t speak English, so the call was disconnected. I tried calling several times afterward, but there was no answer. I then sent a message in Vietnamese explaining that we were lost and couldn’t find the property. Eventually, someone came to find us on a motorbike and guided us to the place. By the time we finally arrived, it was around 5:30 a.m., so the check-in process was quite stressful and definitely not a pleasant experience, especially after traveling overnight.

L'hôtel est joliment décoré. Le restaurant est franchement pas mal, on y a bien mangé. Idem, le petit-dej est très bon.
Rapport qualité prix presqu'imbattable.
Les points qui nous ont moins plu ou déçu concernent la partie "services" :
- Il faisait mourant de chaud dans les couloirs de l'hôtel (pas de clim) ; la clim de la chambre est un peu vieillotte et n'était pas allumée à notre arrivée, d'où il faisait au moins 40° dans la chambre à l'arrivée. Ce serait pourtant une attention simple et très efficace au niveau satisfaction client de l'allumer à l'avance.
- Notre chambre sentait très fort l'humidité de manière persistante, et ce même en branchant l'extracteur d'air. On s'habitue mais on a vraiment trouvé que çà sentait mauvais en entrant dans la chambre.
- L'accueil est basique, si je compare avec tous les autres hôtels du Vietnam dans lesquels nous sommes allés (accueil dans un petit "sas" d'entrée, offre d'une boisson en attendant que le check-in se fasse, personnel hyper souriant et accueillant, ...).
- Lenteur du service, notamment au petit-dej.
- Différentes choses qui traînent un peu partout dans l'hôtel, ce qui gâche la beauté de l'hôtel : des boissons, des draps de lit, des serviettes, ... çà donne un effet "désordre" qui est dommageable et pourtant facile à éviter.

Reservamos 4 habitaciones y, en una de ellas, se rompió por accidente un bote de champú de la ducha. Cuando hicimos el check-out y pagamos la estancia, nos habían cobrado el bote de champú. Fueron 5€, pero nos pareció de muy mal gusto.
Das Haus hatte Stil. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, haben sich richtiggehend um mich bemüht. Das Zimmer war sauber und endlich mal eines bei dem die Duschvorrichtung funktioniert hat und nicht verkalkt war. Der Spiegel war sauber - für mich immer ein Indiz wie gena sie es nehmen. Da ich Alleinreisender war wurde ich höflich gefragt, ob ich auch mit einem kleineren Bett vorlieb nehmen würde. Da mir das nichts ausmachte wurde ich in einen Raum mit einem Stiegenbett gelegt. Jugenherbergsatmosphäre. Den kleinen Balkon mit Meerblick fan ich super.
Das Bett wäre für einen älteren Menschen zu niedrig oder zu hoch gewesen. Ich denke, das hätte die Frau an der Rezeption berücksichtigt.

Dard decor, black elevator, dark corridor, sensor light make environment gloomy!
Room is dark as well, couldn’t sleep well so we shorten ourstay and we did pay 2 nights instead of 1 night. I understand I booked via Booking. Com so I paid for 2 nights reserved, unfortunately the next day they put me as No show guest, which is not true.
The guy (skinny) check out for us on 15 July was not friendly, not hospitality and not nice at all. The rest of other staffs are nice!

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und alles ist sauber. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich!
Die Matratzen(Zimmer mit Stockbett) waren ein wenig unbequem aber schon ok. Die Lage könnte besser sein aber man kann alles gut mit nen Grab erreichen.
