relativamente cómoda.
Pros:

La habitación no tenía ventanas por lo que incluso con el aire acondicionado muy caliente. El aire acondicionado no estaba instalado como tal sino era portátil, ruidoso.

Cons:

Habitación demasiado caliente. Sin AC suficiente.

Zentrale Unterkunft mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Apartements haben eine angenehme Größe. Die Sauberkeit war absolut in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig. Die ganze Nacht über hatte ich den TV des Nachbarn gehört. Die Zufahrt zur Garage- und die Tiefgarage selbst sind sehr eng und für große Fahrzeuge ungeeignet. Die Ausstattung der Apartment-Küche lässt wünsche übrig.

A comfortable small apartment hotel
Pros:

Near the Metro. The location is very convenient with a lot of restaurants nearby. 24 hour security.

Cons:

There is no air conditioner and open window (only a small ventilation gap). The room might get uncomfortably hot in summer.

Excelente ubicacion!
Pros:

Es como la tercera vez que me quedo en este lugar. Está muy céntrico, cerca de estaciones de metro, y me gusta que puedo llegar caminando a varios lugares turísticos cercanos.

Cons:

No lo comenté porque solo me quedé 2 noches, pero la cama hacía ruidos cada vez que me movía, lo cual hizo un poco incómodo dormir. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo bien.

Muy recomendable.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable y la habitación muy cómoda. (si lo recomiendo)

Cons:

Tiene sus detallitos de falta de mantenimiento como que el elevador rechina y el agua caliente tarda en salir, pero como dije, sin detallitos qué la mayoría ni notará.

El staff es sumamente amable y servicial.

Cons:

Encontré una cucarachita en la cama, lo cual se me hizo muy raro porque el lugar se ve impecable en limpieza, pero fue mi experiencia.
