Degelijk hotel in grote stad zonder bezienswaardigheden
Pros:

Rustig gelegen in goede wijk. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime nette kamer met koffie thee. Zwembad met uitzicht

Cons:

Geen ligzetel aan het zwembad. Raam van kamer kan niet open.

Café da manhã, tem tudo pra ser bom, mas peca por falta de treinamento.
Às 07:30h o buffet não está pronto, às 09:00h já não tem mais nada, reposição lenta, e muitas vezes não acontece.
Máquina de café não esquentava, tinha que aquecer microondas, quando fui questionar, o funcionário me disse que era pra colocar água quente em um café que já estava pronto.
Sinceramente, funcionários sem preparo algum..
Me hospedei por 6 dias e todos os dias insatisfatórios.

Pros:

Do conforto da cama e do tamanho do quarto.

Cons:

Quase tudo basicamente. Hotel nao é digno do padrao da Mercure. Servico basico. Falta agua quente. Quarto com piso frio e pouco confortavel. Cadeira quebrada dentro do quarto, parece um detalhe mas para um executivo que tem que fazer reuniones online dentro do quarto é pessimo. Melhor ficar no Ibis, que teoricamente seria um padrao inferior. Mas em Santa Cruz o Ibis é melhor que o mercure.

Dishonest employee, and dishonest management. Avoid it

Reception was poor, the environment looked creepy, and most of all the receptionist was dishonest: it was my first time in Bolivia and I was just arrived, so I had no clue about the rate exchange with the dollar. I asked to the teller and he said it was 11 Bolivian to 1 USD. Instead it was only 6.9 bo to 1 USD, so he charged almost double the nightly fare. When I discovered it later on, I asked to speak to a manager for clarification, and she lied telling me that the credit card terminal was using the public rate exchange instead of the official one, when I perfectly know that the employee had entered the rate exchange manually. Avoid this place of scammers

Experiência ruim, não voltarei.

Localização, o bairro é bom.

Cons:

Visito Santa Cruz de la Sierras 5 vezes por año faz muitos anos. Nesta vez foi a minha primeira experiência no Los Delfines by Mercure. Estive 6 noites e me entregaram toalhas velhas, encardidas, rasgadas e com buracos; quando perguntei me falaram que era assim mesmo. Para cúmulo, na última noite pedi um outro cartão de acesso (chave de acesso) porque não achei o anterior, provavelmente ficou no hotel, e me cobraram 12 dólares de multa no checkout. Viajo bastante à trabalho e nunca aconteceu isso antes. Importante: os cartões de acesso são velhos, com cores desmanchando, fitas adesivas coladas, nada que justifique cobrar 12 dólares.

Foi a minha primeira e última experiência no Hotel Los Delfines by Mercure, lamentei muito não ter ido ao Hotel LP Equipetrol ou Hotel Ibis. Já me hospedei nesses hotéis e nunca aconteceu isto.
