Perfect weekend stay with exceptional services
Pros:

Top-tier services and always welcoming. The facilities and room were exceptionally worth the price with comfort being the main priority of the stay. With the awful weather they gave a warm welcome for the weekend.

Excellent accommodation, food, services and amazing staff that served with a smile. 😊
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable and the room set out beautifully with quality appliances and fittings. We loved the buffet breakfast and our dinner on the first night was amazing. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff went out of their way to offer help with a smile. We loved our stay and look forward to staying there again. Thank you so much to the efficient and supportive staff. We loved the valet parking option as well.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast is not at the level that we were expecting for a 5 star hotel. Limited choices and barista coffee is extra which for the price you pay is not justified.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable rooms and communal spaces inviting and welcoming.
All the staff were polite and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
