Friendly staff
Location was great close to shopping & good restaurants
Simply sensational... honestly nothing to complain about!
If you're looking for comfort, customer service and an amazing CBD location, this is the spot!
Only peeve is the free WIFI is useless and given you need to use it to cast to the room screen you are forced to pay the upgraded internet if you want to watch anything on the tv.

Breakfast was nice (ordered the omelette), nice atmosphere, close to work. Plan to return next time i'm in town.
The buffet breakfast option appeared a little costly.
I am a well travelled hotel stayer, over 50 years of travelling under my belt and the Hilton in Melbourne was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff went above and beyond, they facilitated an early check in and a late checkout to work around my flight timings. They let us use the lounge whilst we waited for our room, when we were jet lagged and slept all day, awake all night, they checked up on us to see if we needed anything.
The staff are fortunately empowered by their management to really take care of their guests and it shows. I've got a few more Hilton stays coming up on this trip and look forward to seeing if this translates across the brand.
The location was awesome, in the city but not too near the busy streets. the bed and pillow was super comfy!
Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful!
The carpark was not at the property, needed to take a 3 - 5 mins across the street.
Breakfast has quite limited selection.
Staff were so friendly and made the experience amazing , rooms were clean and smelt very nice
Beautifully appointed with great facilities throughout
Nothing
The location and room were excellent. Very easy to walk around main sights in Melbourne . The room and bed were very comfortable. Great shower and bathroom.
The breakfast was mediocre, and the packed breakfast was full of mainly sugary pastries and donuts, a couple of pieces of fruit but no eggs or yogurt
Great location, friendly staff
Not the best views
We had a couple of days at the Hilton Little Queen St hotel for a local staycation and anniversary celebration. The staff here were amazing, very professional , very friendly and most helpful, especially Darrien. Tara (in training) and Harrison am at front of house and not forgetting the two staff in the Douglas bar . Nothing was too much for all of these staff members. A special thank you for the anniversary wishes and the surprise in our room.
The hotel is central to the city. A short walk to all the attractions in Melbourne. Close to trams and trains. Car parking was easy.
The room was very quiet and the bed/pillows very comfortable.
Maybe the only downside was the TV. Trying to cast to the TV wasn’t easy and watching the free to air the TV kept disconnecting.
Nice bathroom and shower.
We thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to be back again.
We chose this since it's a Hilton ("known quantity" when traveling abroad) and for its location. Having a clock in the room is important to me and this did. Good quiet room, friendly service, good breakfast, reasonable price for a Hilton.
