my room had no electric outlets ir bedside lights working the 1st night
Very friendly service, nice room, very clean
I was turned away due to the type of card I used. I was told that a Mastercard was required, even though I had already used my Chime card to complete the booking. Chime operates on the Visa network, and this was not flagged as an issue at the time of reservation.
If this is truly your policy, then these types of cards should not be accepted during the booking process, regardless of whether the reservation is made directly or through a third-party company. Third-party platforms should also be kept up to date on any policy requirements, so customers are properly informed in advance.
I was not offered any alternative solutions, despite having driven several hours for what was supposed to be a simple vacation. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The employees were all great
Miguel was very welcoming and he made the check in process so smooth. He also made sure that we were taken care of. The facility is very clean and the location is wonderful. Also the beds are so comfortable and we'll definitely stay there again.
The only thing that I kinda had a problem with (but it's not a deal breaker) is the cleanliness of the floor and housekeeping needs to make sure that the bathrooms are cleaned properly
