We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was comfortable, well located, and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful, and the valet parking team was especially friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. We would happily stay here again.
Our room was not cleaned one day, but we called the front desk and they resolved the issue promptly.

Sehr gute Lage in downtown Miami. Sehr gut um an verschiedene Orte zu gelangen. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, Zimmer, Pool und Gym waren eine gute Kombination. Auch das Frühstück im Erdgeschoss war unkompliziert, das Personal war nett und auch kleine Extra Anliegen wurden kompetent und umgehend erfüllt. Ich bin zufrieden und bedanke mich.
El hotel es un diez, la ubicación es increíble teniendo un muy fácil acceso a Brickell, al Metrorail y Metromover. Hay supermercados y restaurantes a distancias sumamente cercanas, y lo mejor de todo es la increíble cercanía a Brickell. Literalmente a tres calles estás en pleno corazón de Miami. La habitación es confortable, bastante amplia y con lo justo para sentirte cómodo, la equipación es moderna y la cama y almohadas son bastante cómodas.
El servicio del personal es bastante bueno. Gabi y Mariano me asistieron de muy buena forma con mi late check-out (sin costo extra pero de solo una hora, punto que lamenté enormemente pues mi vuelo salía por la noche). Sin embargo guardaron mi equipaje un par de horas mientras hacía tiempo para ir al aeropuerto.
Agradezco a todo el equipo, y especialmente a las chicas venezolanas que por la tarde-noche del día de mi llegada me asistieron con el check-in. Recomiendo este alojamiento al cien por ciento y lo considero una increíble opción calidad-precio para hospedarse en Miami.
No permitirme hacer un late check-out más allá de las 12:00. Hubiese estado dispuesto a pagar un suplemento en caso de ser necesario con tal de aprovechar más mi ultimo día en Miami
