You will love your stay
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff was so pleasant. It was easy to check in and out. Nicely decorated and clean.

Cons:

The construction outside but it can't be helped, it didn't interfere with my comfort and it won't be there for ever.

Absolutely loved our room and how the hotel was walking distance to many food locations. Jewell was amazing, he was so kind and let us go to the top/lounge floor to relax and wait for our room, which was so nice instead of sitting in the lobby for hours. We were able to have peace and quiet and sit on the balcony to enjoy the view.

Cons:

The price was a bit high for one night, but it was kinda expected with the location.

I am extremely disappointed with how this hotel handled my reservation and payment.

I had a 3-night reservation but was unable to arrive, resulting in an involuntary no-show. According to the hotel’s own terms and conditions, the applicable penalty for a no-show should have been only one night’s charge. However, the hotel charged my account for all 3 nights and marked the reservation as “completed,” which is misleading and inaccurate.

What is even more frustrating is that the hotel never acknowledged the discrepancy or addressed the fact that their own stated policy was not followed. I attempted to clarify the situation, but there was no transparency or accountability regarding the overcharge.

I understand that no-show penalties exist, and I fully accepted responsibility for the one-night fee outlined in the booking conditions. Charging the full stay despite the published policy is unacceptable and feels unfair to customers.

I hope management reviews this situation seriously and improves both their billing practices and customer communication.

Pros:

I booked a big room and it was super cool. Perfect location in Brickell, all good. Didn’t try the food, drinks were fine. Will stay there again next month.
