My mother in-laws room was FILTHY DIRTY. Toilet was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. Hairs in the sink you can tell it wasn’t cleaned. Microwave and under the bed DIRTY. Housekeeping was NEVER completed. There was even trash and dirty towels left outside both of those rooms. When I asked the front desk to please have it cleaned or move her to a different room he said it wasn’t possible because he was the only one at the property.. when he handed me my key I asked “this one’s for the king room?” (I booked 3 rooms) he said YES. When I walked into that room it was a QUEEN BED. My sheets were also wet so I called the front desk and asked to be given the KING ROOM that I booked. He then proceeded to tell me “when you book through a third party (booking.com) you aren’t guaranteed to get what you paid for” he then came upstairs and handed me new sheets for the bed that I had to do myself.. overall we weren’t accommodated properly or taken care of. One of the most horrible experiences ever. I talked to the front desk and booking.com asking for a refund or compensation. The hotel refused so booking.com offered me to get $23 as credit. That was a slap in the face. Extremely disappointed with both parties. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wasn’t happy when I received the key card the room was not clean and no new sheets on the beds had to go back to desk to complain
Staff was very attentive and the amenities included were super nice

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The “breakfast” was basically non existent. The A/C worked, but not well.
