Pros:

It was good to chill on terrace with drinks, bartender lady is very nice. I enjoyed sipping on mocktail under terrace parasol watching rain.

Cons:

Food was a little off. Room space is a bit tight.

Pros:

The staff members were exceptionally kind and always ready to assist. Their helpfulness truly enhanced our stay. Furthermore, the hotel boasts a very convenient location. It made exploring the surrounding area a breeze. We found our experience to be quite pleasant.

Cons:

We had only one key for a triple room.

Špinavá plachta pri príchode. Voda na zemi v kúpelni, hýbajúca sa WC doska, vlasy a chlpy na zemi v kúpelni pri príchode. Pri okamžitej reklamáci došlo k výmene plachty na posteli a v kúpelni upratovačka nič neurobila…

Aan de rand van de stad gratis parkeren. Lekkere bedden. Hotel ligt aan een drukke weg maar geen last van. Airco heerlijk. Om de hoek ook lekker gegeten. Ontbjjt ook goed. Leuke stad

Good, although somewhat erratic
Pros:

A comfortable hotel with good basic facilities. The staff were helpful, as much as they could be. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.
We did very much appreciate being able to leave our car for several days in the hotel back courtyard, rather than on the street

Cons:

Breakfast choices were somewhat odd, particularly what was offered as "juice ". The staff were also often overwhelmed, particularly when dealing with multiple tasks.

The best stay
Pros:

Great, I highly recommend it! I loved the place, the great service, and how comfortable the rooms were—plus, you can really relax there. The shower was spotless, as was the storage space. I’ll definitely be back—thank you so much! This was my first time in Slovakia, so it was a wonderful experience.

Під час реєстрації було дуже приємно, що адміністратор вільно розмовляв українською та російською мовами. Це одразу створило комфортну атмосферу.

Готель чистий, затишний і доглянутий. Окремо хочеться відзначити сніданок у форматі «шведський стіл». Хоча він оплачувався додатково, жодного разу не пошкодували про витрачені кошти – вибір страв був чудовий, а їжа дуже смачна та ситна.

Залишилися тільки позитивні враження від перебування. Із задоволенням рекомендуємо цей готель!

Усе сподобалося: від привітного персоналу до комфорту й атмосфери готелю.
