Quality Stay in Excellent Location.
Pros:

Wonderful stay at beautifully designed small apartment. ROOM 108 did not feel like a studio because the sleeping area is separated from the kitchen/dining area by a short corridor lined by shelving space. The kitchen area is exceptionally bright with two windows to tree-lined street (curtain also available for sleeping in). Quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Washer/dryer available in basement. Also bike storage. Brera is the name of the world-class art museum in Milan. I liked the Italian touch. Cinema is next door. Just
a block away from main market square with S-Bahn, Thomaskirche,, and Cafe zum Baum. Schauspielhaus close by just beyond old city.

Cons:

Self check-in is convenient, but I prefer reception. Brera has reception during the week.

Pros:

Perfect place directly in the center of Leipzig. Newly renovated and well-equipped building. Room for bikes available (bikes are very good for trips in Leipzig and the surrounding area, especially to the nearby lakes in the summer). Very kind staff.

Sehr gute Lage.
Leipzig kann von hier aus problemlos zu Fuß erkundet werden.

Cons:

War jeden Morgen verschwitzt, da die Matratzen mit Kunststoff geschützt waren.
KI, die den Ansprechpartner ersetzt war nicht immer zielführend.
Wenn KI keine Antwort hatte, wurde ich zu einem Menschen weitergeleitet. Gut!
Falls KI mit einer Antwort gefüttert ist, unterbleibt dies leider, auch wenn die Antwort nicht zielführend ist.

Mycket trevlig stad med intressant historia.

Cons:

Planlösningen var lite konstig. Vi saknade fläkt i värmen, tunna gardiner utöver tjocka mörkläggningsgardiner hade varit bra för att slippa insyn. Balkonger mittemot där andra gäster tittande in så det var obekvämt att röra sig i lägenheten och svårt att vädra dagtid. Inte helt användarvänlig digital incheckning.

Wir empfehlen BRERA Leipzig gerne weiter.
Pros:

Den Türcode erhält man vorab, das Einchecken am Terminal ist einfach. Hilfe aller Art bekommt man an der Rezeption im 1. Stock. Für Fahrräder gibt es einen eigenen, versperrten Raum im 2. UG. Das Zimmer war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet (Kommentar dazu siehe unten). Durch das Fenster zur Hofseite war es auch ausgesprochen ruhig. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein.

Cons:

Die Anordnung der Zimmer fanden wir etwas sonderbar: Wenn man zur Tür hereinkommt, fällt man praktisch direkt ins Bett. Erst an diesen Schlafbereich mit Schrank schließt sich die Nasszelle an, an der vorbei man den Wohn- und Küchenbereich erreicht. Gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber sonst nicht weiter schlimm.

Sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr bequem und geräumig, eine Jalousie auf der Sonnenseite hielt die Hitze auch ohne Klimaanlage draußen. Durch die zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt ist man mit wenigen Schritten am Marktplatz und an der Thomaskirche.

Cons:

Noch ein Kosmetikspiegel im Bad und dann wäre auch das perfekt.

Schöne moderne Wohnung. Alles war hell und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Straße davor ist nachts schon ziemlich belebt. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, dafür aber einen Ventilator.

Nice apartment, but nightly noise from courtyard bar was a major issue
Pros:

The accommodation was brand new and spotlessly clean, and the apartment was tastefully furnished.

Cons:

The apartments have windows overlooking several different internal courtyards. The XL apartments with a balcony face the courtyard where a shisha bar’s outdoor seating area is located on the ground floor. This bar is open every day until 2am. The courtyard is regularly filled with the smell of shisha smoke, along with guests’ chatter and the rhythmic music played by the bar’s staff. This music remains clearly audible even with the windows closed.
