The Oberoi Marrakech

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire team at The Oberoi, Marrakech for making our stay so special.
From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed by the kindness, professionalism and attention of everyone we met. Beyond the beautiful hotel itself, it is really the people who make the experience so memorable. You can feel that the team truly cares about the guests, and that makes all the difference.
A very special thank you to Oussama at the Front Office, who was always incredibly helpful and welcoming, to Oussama at breakfast for his kindness and attention every morning, and to Rachid, the Supervisor, for his professionalism and genuine care.
There are also several other members of the team who deserve to be mentioned, and we will make sure to thank and recognize them individually in writing.
To the whole team: please keep doing what you are doing. The warmth, the smiles, the small attentions and the genuine desire to make guests happy are what make a stay truly special.
Thank you all for taking such good care of us. We leave Marrakech with wonderful memories, and you are a big part of them.

This was our second visit to this amazing Hotel and was every bit as wonderful as our first visit. The facilities, staff, location and service are truly special. We will be back to this fabulous Hotel and staff.

The experience was excellent overall. The beds were extremely comfortable, with high-quality pillows that ensured a great night’s sleep. What particularly stood out was the attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made the stay feel thoughtful and well considered. The staff were consistently courteous, welcoming and attentive, providing a high standard of service throughout our stay.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service, and especially for Mr. Mamdouh, the Director, whose kindness, warmth, and genuine smile made my stay even more special.
I was truly touched by his thoughtful gesture to congratulate me on my graduation. Having the villa beautifully decorated with flowers and a lovely cake prepared as a surprise was incredibly thoughtful and meant a lot to me.

I always choose Oberoi Marrakech to celebrate my birthday. The property is breathtaking and the staff is beyond amazing ! Gorgeous, will definitely come back

After extensive travel across five continents and in most of the top-tier hotel properties & brands, you subconsciously develop an almost-unrealistic bar for future places to meet.

After returning from The Oberoi, Marrakech this week, I'm placing in at the top of all my stays to date.

From the welcome & check-in to departure, breakfast to private Grand Canal dinner, there's not a lot to fault here. Every element of both hard and soft product has been considered.

To call out an individual above and beyond the great work all the staff do, a specific thank you to Rachid.

We'll be back and have just booked our India tour for next year off the back of this stay.

A great location very closet to airport (like 15/20 min by car). A very cozy and cleaner rooms with very comfort toils and sheets.
A very polite, kindly and nice staff. Wonderful restaurants and dishes.

One of the most amazing hotel I have been, the villa with a private pool is a dream for any couple, the atmosphere and all members of Staff are absolutely friendly professional and polite, a perfect place to relax and explore many activities.
Great Bar. great breakfast, best housekeeping service ever, the SPA is another great place to visit top service, I will stay hours to describe the beauty of this amazing Hotel, The GM is an incredible person with a great knowledge,
the Moroccan wine is amazing,

This is a truly beautiful hotel, and I absolutely loved my private villa and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the grounds. One of the highlights for me was the stunning architecture, which is reminiscent of a historic Moroccan courtyard. The beautifully landscaped gardens and expansive grounds make the property feel both luxurious and tranquil.

The traditional-style villas are incredibly spacious, each with a private pool, offering the perfect place to relax. The service was exceptional from start to finish.

I was fortunate to stay here as part of a business trip, which gave me the opportunity to experience the hotel’s extensive catering offerings as well as several privately hosted events. Every meal and event was flawlessly executed and made for an unforgettable experience.

I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We all had an enjoyable stay.......celebrating many birthdays...........The Oberoi HOTEL IS ELEGANT AND LUXURIOUS AND ALL STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND POLITE.
