Tôi đã đặt phòng qua Booking.com với điều kiện không được hủy. Dù đã cung cấp thẻ tín dụng, khách sạn vẫn ép tôi thanh toán ngay tại quầy bằng chính thẻ đó, sau đó tự ý hủy booking của tôi trong hệ thống và đổ lỗi cho phía Booking. Khi xác minh, tôi phát hiện chính khách sạn đã hủy đơn dù đã nhận tiền thanh toán thành công.

Đáng nói hơn, giá tôi trả qua Booking cao hơn giá đặt trực tiếp. Chỉ sau khi tôi phát hiện và phản đối, khách sạn mới chịu hoàn lại phần chênh lệch với lý do "phải trả phí cho Booking". Hành động này cho thấy sự thiếu trung thực của khách sạn:
1. Tại sao khách sạn tự ý hủy booking sau khi đã nhận tiền?

great staff and location for explorations in District 7
Pros:

Front desk staff, especially Kay, was super friendly. We needed a computer mouse after our touchpad gave up and he readily supplied one, even put in a new battery!

Pros:

I have been staying at the Golden Tree Apartment for the last 3 weeks and booked a further 6 weeks because this apartment/hotel complex is perfect.

Noise - Zero street noise inside apartments making for a peaceful nights sleep.

House Keeping - Very attentive and friendly staff, rooms always cleaned when requested and cleaned spotlessly.

Concierge - Kay is very friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any requests.

Apartment - good size, comfortable beds, powerful & hot shower, aircon consistently cool, large HD tv.

Kitchenette - suitable for its purpose, I rarely use the the induction hob or microwave, fridge keeps drinks and food suitably cold and fresh.

Will continue to reside here any time I stay in D7.

We had a great time catching up with the family
Pros:

The location was perfect for us as we have family living nearby. There’s also plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Everything is wonderful especially to the day time receptionist at the lobby who was always willing to help and assist our needs. He went and above and beyond. Thank you very much and I apologized for not asking your name but you know who you are.

Cons:

No in house restaurant at the hotel but there are so many great restaurants around the area that you can just be on foot, for few minutes.

Peaceful stay and very clean.
Pros:

The bathroom and facilities were really nice. We had complimentary water each day. The staff was extremely friendly.

Cons:

I wouldn't say I didn't like the location, because it is in a very peaceful area of town with parks nearby... but it is definitely 25 minute drive to get to most of the main attractions and can be up to an hour drive from the airport with traffic. Our location felt more like a local peaceful stay but you are definitely not in the main city hub if that is what you are looking for.
