I liked the politeness and attitude of the cleaning staff. I also liked the hotel's location.

Cons:

On July 12th, the day I arrived at the hotel, an elderly man at reception gave me a room with no toilet ventilation and a small single bed. After an hour of talking and arguing, he took me to a ground-floor room because I had requested a room with toilet ventilation. I was very upset because "I didn't book a room like that." I also said I would cancel the reservation and complain to Booking.com. The man spoke to someone on the phone and directed me to a room on the 6th floor overlooking the back of the buildings. I had actually chosen a room with a view in the reservation, but I was so tired I had no choice but to stay there for 7 days.

The price point & air-conditioning

Cons:

The shower heads weren't mounted on the wall, making taking a shower more difficult. The room smelled like mildew. Sink obstructed access to toilet. No USB outlets.

Pros:

I was extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was above standard for the price. And the best of all is the location, when you go out in the evening directly into the pedestrian zone full of restaurants and people, it is always a magical feeling.

Pros:

Отличный отель в центре города!
Вернёмся обязательно еще.
Номера большие,на 4х было супер.

Cons:

Можно было бы тщательнее вытирать пыль с батарей.
Но это ни не понравилось, а просто , маленькое упоминание.

Исторический отель с ненавязчивым сервисом.
Pros:

Остановились в отеле на две ночи, проездом, с целью посмотреть Белград. Расположение отеля отличное! Пешеходная зона - это и плюс, и минус - для тех, у кого большие чемоданы. У нас был люкс, две спальни и балкон. Номер огромный, с мебелью времен Й.Б. Тито ( и это не шутка )). Две ванные комнаты, вполне комфортные. ТВ большой, 300+ каналов, есть 3-4 российских канала. На 1-2 дня вполне можно остановиться, но не более того.

Cons:

Персонал индифферентный , от слова совсем ! Для примера, мы не стали брать завтраки, хотели осмотреться на месте. Так вот, нам при заселении даже не сказали, что у них есть ресторан, ничего не предложили. Просто молча оформили и дали карты. При выселении не забыли проверить мини-бар, и всё. Единственным улыбающимся человеком была горничная.))
Номера конечно уставшие. Отель исторический, висят фото знаменитостей, посетивших сей отель в 50-60 годы. Это был период расцвета отеля и с тех пор в нем видимо мало что поменялось.))

Pros:

The location was in the city center, easy to reach all main sightseeing.
The breakfast was very good, the staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

The broken door in the shower cabin, and the absence of balcony (it was stated in the room description).
The location is in the street which is closed for cars, that's why the taxi dropped off/picked up us in the next street which could be reached only via stairs. It wasn't convenient with the luggage.
