Séjour agréable pour moi dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner buffet trés correct; emplacement idéal en centre ville.

Cons:

Question : comment font les personnes ayant des difficultés pour marcher ou handicapées pour accéder ou revenir de la réception, ou du restaurant ? Il y a beaucoup de marches d'escalier.

No elevator, you have to carry the bags into your room. You need to walk on the street and carry the bags into the stones. Pillow cover was all cut

Totally ideal, I would recommend
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me 24/7. The breakfast is very typically western/international, with some Serbian treats aswell, which I liked. The location is ideal, within reach of all the inmportant touristic places within 10 minutes.

Cons:

This is not the best hotel if you have trouble going up and down stairs. you already need to use some stairs to get into the hortel itself. Some rooms are also easily accessible with the elevator, but in order to get to my room, I needed to use multiple staircases.

غرفتي كانت بالدور5.الوصول لها عباره عن صعود و نزول و عتبات.المكان غير مناسب للكراسي المتحركه لا يوجد منحدر.المدخل الارضيه متحركه .الفندق له100سنه يحتاج صيانه ليناسب النجوم4.طلبنا كوايه كانت بمقابل.بعد تدخل موظفه لطيفه وفرتها لنا.حمل الشنط من المهمات المستحيله اذا لم يكن هناك موظف يساعدك.صوت الازعاج بالليل يفسد النوم

Kahvaltı ve konumu güzeldi

Cons:

Odamızda dolaşan böceklerini sevmedim. hamam böceğini videoya çekip resepsiyon görevlisine gösterdim. Bir özür beklerken normal karşılayıp hiçbir şey olmamış gibi davrandı. Resepsiyon görevlisi çok kabaydı.

La ubicación es perfecta

Cons:

El personal, no atiende las peticiones de facturas hasta hacer el check out. Cuando se le específica los detalles de la factura, no la tienen preparada para el check out y presentan dificultades para hacerla...
