Pros:

Location excellent. Step outside and you are in the middle of everything in Old Belgrade! Rooms have been updated and modernized but still with a Serbian flare. Staff was very helpful, and breakfast was incredibly good. Very large selection of hot foods. And cold foods. Quite amazing!

Pros:

Моё первое путешествие в Сербию началось с отеля Majestic.
Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу отеля за их профессионализм и гостеприимство. С первых минут пребывания здесь я почувствовал себя как дома!

Просторный и уютный номер, у меня Люкс,в котором было : мыло,гель для душа и шампунь, фен, но зубных принадлежностей не было, рожка для обуви нет, утюга и гладильной доски в моем номере не нашла,а так для комфортного проживания все хватало . Есть лоджия ,где можно посидеть на воздухе. Интерьер выполнен со вкусом.
Расположение отеля также оказалось очень удобным.

В шаговой доступности были все необходимые объекты инфраструктуры: магазины, рестораны и достопримечательности. Мои окна выходили на барную улицу ,когда шумные компании отдыхали,просто закрыв окна и включив кондиционер,спокойно можно спать.

Отдельно хочу отметить дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Все сотрудники были очень вежливы и готовы помочь в любой ситуации.

В общем, отдых в Majestic оставил только самые положительные эмоции. Обязательно вернусь снова и с радостью порекомендуем друзьям и знакомым!

Спасибо вам за отличный сервис и незабываемый отдых!

- Отсутствие зубных принадлежностей.
- Лифт, он периодически сбоит или не закрывается дверь до конца, из-за чего надо либо сначала вызвать другой этаж, либо долго ждать его примагничивания

Central, got the room we wanted, nice room, clean

Cons:

Some basic amenities could be added to facilitate things for older guests especially:
1. a rail to hold on to in the shower
2. towel rail in the bathroom to hang wet towel to dry after shower
3. external coat hanger/hook for wet towels

Location, room, breakfast were very good. Staff was very kind and ready to help.

Cons:

The information about the parking was not complete, there was no mention about the fact that the street Marshal Birjuzov was closed, and that I needed to call the reception in order to get access to the garage. So I had not the phone number of the hotel at hand. While searching for it I almost got hit by a car that was maneuvering backwards in the incredibly crowded place there. I was lucky to escape the imminent accident just because my wife shouted loud enough to make the other driver stop. It wouldn't have been a big accident, of course, but just enough to ruin my stay in Beograd. Please inform more in detail the future guests about the way they will access your garage, because it is kind of special. As for the rest, nothing to complain.

Хороший отель для нетребовательных к чистоте гостей

Отель расположен в сердце города, на туристической улице. Отличные завтраки в ресторане

Cons:

Мы бронировали два номера: стандартный и полулюкс. Но получили два стандартных. Это обман отеля. Мы приехали поздно и были уставшие, спорить не стали. Один номер, на 6 этаже, не был убран после прежних гостей. Нам пришлось убирать из холодильника открытые бутылки предыдущих гостей, Остался мусор в корзине. До сих не уверена, что постельное белье было свежим. Три дня у нас не убирались совсем и не меняли полотенца. При этом мы говорили горничной, что нужно убраться. Но никто не приходил.
Сотрудники ресепшена не очень дружелюбные.
