Çalışanlar otele gelen misafirlere gayet soğuk, nezaketsiz ve turizm sektörüne yakışmayan tavırda yaklaşıyorlar. Odalar arası standart yok, arkadaşımın odasında espresso makinesi varken ben de yoktu, benim banyomda duvara monte eski kendisine hayrı olmayan dandik bir saç kurutma makinesi varken, başka bir odada 2000w güçlü fön makinesi vardı. Ben daha çok para ödeyerek (aile odası almıştım) daha az olanağa sahip oldum. Asansör tek bir adet ve bu kadar odası olan bir hotel için yetersiz. Aynı anda 2 ve 4. Kata basıyorsunuz ve 2 de durmadan 4 e çıkıyor, orada kapıyı açmadan tekrar 2’ye iniyor. Otel çalışanları o kadar iletişime kapalı ki, bu dertlerimizi söylemeye çekindik. Açıkçası burada ne işimiz var diye bir çok kez kendime sordum. Bir daha Belgrad a gitmeyi düşünmüyorum çünkü bu tavırların çoğu şehirdeki diğer esnafta da vardı.

Расположение отеля, в самом центре Белграда.

Cons:

Отель сам по себе очень "уставший" требующий определенного обновления, что бы перемещаться на лифте необходимо постоянно прижимать двери, иначе лифт никуда не поедет. Под окнами пешеходная улица с ресторанами, которые слышишь все часы работы в нем. Подход/подъезд к гостинице определенный квест , требующий физической силы и выносливости. Для того, чтобы убедить персонал в необходимости предоставления парковочного места на территории гаража отеля - потребовалось достаточно много времени. И нигде не указано, что парковка в отеле платная
