Pros:

Just the bed and shower

Cons:

My suite was sort of dirty looked rushed and definitely unfinished I had to go to front desk at check in to get all towels and ice bag next morning I needed my clothes straightened no iron but it was a ironing board how odd I told the man at the front desk that my room was rushed and I needed towels he said he didn't have much to give me and he could move me rooms I was already late heading to my event so I didn't bother to move rooms I asked for a wake up call and didn't get one but housekeepers came by at 1 to get me out front desk guy was impatient and didn't want to really assist me with my arrival and departure dates he seemed irritated annoyed and I was just politely asking questions

Hotel staff werefriendly and breakfast was amazing
Pros:

It was close to the venue

Cons:

The property was fine but there’s too many loud vehicles, it sounds like street racing. I had a hard time falling asleep because of the street traffic (and I sleep with earplugs)

We had a nice and relaxing time. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect.
Pros:

I like the breakfast and all the choices that were available. The food was delicious. A lot of variety of foods and they all looked fresh and good.

My family and I felt welcomed
Pros:

My family and I felt welcomed we were pleasantly greeted on arrival and we’re never made to felt as an inconvenience. This is very much appreciated.

Cons:

The only thing that I could say, maybe I didn’t like about the property would be that the room felt small

Would definitely stay here again, maybe just request a higher floor
Pros:

Staff was welcoming & friendly. Valet was respectful & quick. Room was clean, comfortable & well maintained. We had a quick walk to the Paycom Center for event, super safe, clean & less than 5 minutes.

Cons:

Only complaint which was no fault of the hotel, street noise late at night was loud. We were on the 1st floor near the street, maybe higher up would be less noisy.

Very nice hotel. Park somewhere else.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Modern stuff inside the room. Very clean. Short walk to Paycom Center

Cons:

You pay $25 to park AT the hotel. There’s a $10 garage next to it. Makes no sense. I’ve never had to pay to park at the hotel I WAS STAYING AT.
