I don’t think I’d stay again, surely it didn’t have to be this difficult.

Cons:

On arrival we were told our room wasn’t ready and we had to be moved. I booked a room with a sofa bed, they asked if I could have a trundle instead and were visibly displeased when I reiterated I booked a sofa bed. The price did not match what I reserved on booking.com. I paid extra for parking but there were no spots available

I was a nice, clean place for an overnight stay, but the room could still be improved.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable
Amenities provided within the room and were available

Cons:

I noticed that there were no bedroom slippers provided in the room
No complimentary water was provided
The bed was not as comfortable to sleep in
The TV was an older model and did not have ability for any internet connectivity (Netflix, YouTube, Prime, or even mirroring) with mobile devices and definitely needs an upgrade.
