Distressing neighbours
Pros:

The hotel, staff, facilities were great.

Cons:

The patrons in the room next door to us decided to have a domestic dispute and 2am -4am. This room was booked to spend special time with my young daughter's for mother's Day. They ended up scared and frightened, pulled out of bed, so that I could go down to reception to complain since reception did not answer my initial calls for help. Our stay was ruined. We were too tired to even enjoy our mothers day breakfast sadly. The TV could be bigger too.

It was adequate.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and it was good you could open the windows a little.

Cons:

There was no benchtop or shelf to put toiletries or clothes in the bathroom of the apartment I was in. Some fittings require maintenance.
