There was a lot of water damage throughout the hotel. The room was a decent size but things weren't clean. The curtains had what looked like red blood like splatter on them. The shower curtain was also covered with chunks of things. The vents were covered in dust and in the hallway was chunks of foam and metal railing for carpenters. This was here for the whole five days. The beds were large but you could feel the springs. The TV remote was also cracked and was really non responsive most of the time. The noise came through the windows easily. For nearly $170 per night I believe there are better cleaner options. The fact that I had a runny nose and sore throat from the time I arrived to the time I left speaks to the need to clean the space. It might have been a lovely place once upon a time but the damage has let the whole place slide.
The room was nice and clean. The lights were abit dull. The bed was comfortable but two beds were added thats why it feel abit uncomfortable.
Having stayed at Mantra Parramatta several times before we knew what to expect. Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Dinning area for breakfast and easy walk to shopping centre and railway station.
