We enjoyed our stay in a small boutique hotel with a fabulous location and friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Location, size and service

Cons:

Did not affect us, but people with mobility issues may want to look elsewhere. It is an old building and hallways are narrow with many steps between the different areas. Elevators in different areas help somewhat, but you have to get used to which ones serves your room the best.

Great comfortable spacious hotel and restaurant
Pros:

The Hotel is very comfortable with very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and breakfast very good. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant The Shrimp was excellent with great food, wine and service. The hotel is close Nyhavn, the Amalienborg palaces and Christianshavn district. Everything else is well within walking distance or accessible via the metro which is easy to use with the DSB App. Will come back.

Gorgeous, super comfortable for 3 people, and in a great central yet quiet location. It felt like a boutique Airbnb with hotel perks!

Cons:

No elevator (2 flights of stairs), so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.
