Beautiful hotel but poor air conditioning
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was the best I had in Denmark.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn't very effective and I'd been put in a room facing the road, despite asking for a quiet one, so it was hard to sleep with the windows open. To be fair, they did offer to change my room or bring me a fan, but this shouldn't have been necessary

Pros:

Great location and very friendly staff.
Rooms were spotless, very clean.

Cons:

The outdoor sitting area (on Skt Annæ Plads) was not clean. Ashtrays were not emptied or clean, used service was on several tables. So not very welcoming.

Pros:

Struttura molto carina, ampie camere e molto pulite. Posizione centralissima che consente di girare a piedi quasi tutta la città. Ciliegina sulla torta il ristorante molto bello e accogliente e con ottima cucina. Ci ritornerei.
