The staff were very helpful in accommodating our early arrival. It is also in a very good location, close to many restaurants and shopping centres.

Pros:

Location is very calm, but also close to train sation easy to go city center. There is a very nice restaurant next to the hotel. There is Coles shopping mole and there are lots of coffees and restaurants close to the hotel.
All kitchen equipments are clean and ready to use. You can cook anything you want, ammenities are very good.

Pros:

Good location, staff were kind, rooms were clean and well equipped.

Cons:

The only thing was I had phoned the hotel twice leading up to the reservation and inquired about car parking which I was told could not be promised and depends on what's available during check-in. That's fine but at no point was I advised that if a carpark is available that it would be $35 per night. If I had been warned about the fee, I likely wouldn't have brought my car to the hotel.
