Staff puntuale e professionale
Ottima l’esperienza del servizio massaggi
Cocktail al bar di alto livello (bicchieri, ghiaccio …tutto top)

Ideal spot in Gamla Stan.
Pros:

Great location. Very walkable to restaurants and Gamla Stan shops. Ferry to Vasa, Nordic Museum, Vrak and ABBA museum was just up the street.

Cons:

Clean and updated property with historic details and some modern flair. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

En riktigt misslyckad Stockholms vistelse för oss Göteborgare!

Ligger bra, smakfullt inrett

Cons:

Fick först ett rum som lukta illa,sen ett betydligt mindre som var kokhett trots en AC som gick hela natten, det blev ingen sömn, andra natten fick vi ett likvärdigt som vi skulle haft, vi fick ett avdrag på 15%. Men prislappen var ju ändå ca 10500,- för 2 nätter! Vi är så missnöjda då tröttheten gjorde allt tråkigt!

Pros:

Desayuno excelente ,vistas excepcionales habitacion en general comoda y buena renovacion de ropa de baño.
Limpieza correcta

Cons:

Las camas eran algo blandas y deformadas en los laterales y que quizas necesita una renovacion de alfombras y pasillos.
la habitacion estaba bien, pero el baño y la ducha pequeños asi como la ventana estaba rota y no se podia abrir

Likte bare beliggenhet som var perfekt
Pros:

Beliggenhet var perfekt. Frokost helt greit, men en dag kom vi til frokost rundt kl. 10:00 og da var for mange ting tomt og ble aldri påfylt. Rommet var rent.

Cons:

Størrelse av rommet på den prisen man betaler er bare tull. Du får ikke plass en gang for kofferten å ligge på gulv åpent. Bade - ikke plass å sette ting på benken. Veldig lite plass generelt. Neste gang velger noe annet sted å bo.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location
Pros:

Amazing location right on the water and just a stones throw from Gamla Stan and the Royal Palace. Lovely restaurant and bar as well.

Cons:

The rooms felt quite small, particularly the bathroom so there didn’t feel like a lot of space to move around. The lighting in the bedroom was not great and there was also no master light switch in the room (other than the one you had to put a room key in to be able turn any lights on by the door) so you had to go around turning each individual lamp off at bedtime which, albeit only being a minor inconvenience, I wouldn’t expect from a hotel in this price range. The shower tray/door was also not water tight so leaked all over the bathroom floor/mat every time we showered.

How is this hotel a five star hotel?
Pros:

Dated and small.

Cons:

A lot of bugs/mosquitos in the tiny room and dog barking noise from your rooms - but the staff, whose name is Muim, said (1) there couldn’t be bugs which had never happened; (2) the hotel did not hold any bug spray so I had to go out to buy one if I wanted; and (3) the dog barking noise couldn’t happen, even though it loud and continuous. He was very unapologetic and offered nothing.

Great location for those looking to explore Gamla Stan area
Pros:

The location is very good for exploring Gamla Stan (old town) area and also very close to the ferries that take you to the water tours. The hotel has a nice restaurant, good breakfast, nice clean rooms.

Cons:

The hotel reception staff are generally nice but can be more service oriented. Few of them go extra mile to offer any extra support. The concierge wasnt very useful and didnt seem interested in providing any options to suite my interests,
