Excelente.
Pros:

Merecem observação especial a atenção e gentileza dos funcionários, em que destaco o Borluz, no café da manhã, o Filip e a Analice no Concierge, e uma brasileira que está há 25 anos na Suécia, cujo nome, infelizmente, não identifiquei.

Cons:

Preço um pouco elevado, mesmo para a qualidade toda oferecida.

Bell'hotel in ottima posizione.
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, comoda per visitare tutta la città. Camera pulita, staff gentile, ottima la colazione.

Cons:

La camera è molto piccola, impossibile tenere due trolley aperti, ma l'armadio è piccolissimo.

Cons:

Pas de preparation de la chambre pour la nuit.peu acceptable pour une réservation de suite.
Petit déjeuner non inclus contrairement a l'annexe initiale.Il m'a ensuite été confirmé qu'il me serait offert. Il a après a nouveau été facture , en finale je ne pense pas qu'il l'a été.
Personnel peu empresse. Par exemple sortant de l'ascenseur je suis vraiment bouscule par un membre du personnel qui y rentré sans me laisser sortir. J'en suis demeuré patois.En outre pas un mot d'excuse.

Excellent hotel for visiting the city
Pros:

The hotel is very convenient for visiting the old city and other areas of interest. The staff are exceptionally well trained. They are so welcoming, friendly and attentive, extremely helpful and kind. The room was good sized and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets soft.

Cons:

Restaurant area was always chilly as was the food. The dishes are beautifully cooked so this is a shame.
