Pros:

Haven't stayed at this hotel since Covid and was disappointed in the HNDCP room access bathroom.
Room was cramped and wife's W/c was very ackward to use in room.
Also Tub was step-over and not direct access as I thought was ADA required??

Pros:

Гарне розташування готелю, 10 хвилин пішки до океану, до LEGOLAND 15-20 хвилин машиною. Сніданок нормальний, в готелі чисто. Вечором відпочивали в джакузі та басейні. Персонал привітний. Парковка є біля готелю.

Cons:

Завжди можна до чогось придертися, але ми просто насолоджувалися відпочинком.

It was the worse stays of hotels experiences I ever had for sure
Pros:

The customer service was awful. I don’t know what was biting us on beds. My kids and I still have the bite marks from whatever was on bed. I been in bad hotels before but never this bad. It’s was very bad and painful experience

Cons:

Some customer service at front desk and housekeepers was terrible. The beds had some bugs that were bitting us. The floor was dirty

Location was great!!

Cons:

Room water in tub ran for 3 days even after I reported to front desk they said they would send maintenance up got back from our day water was still running!! Talk about wasting water. Beds were not comfortable. Manager told us Room would be ready at 3 got back at 3 and we still waited another 30 minutes!! I will not be booking there again.

The sink in one room had a leak from a broken basin, the other room had a shower that leaked, housekeeper wasn’t available, food wasn’t available at breakfast.

It was pricey but ok and we might stay again.
Pros:

right off the freeway and fairly close to the beach

Cons:

there were transients all around the property which caused me some anxiety for my grandchildren and my rental car. The breakfast was a big disappointment. The dining room wasn’t big enough. They kept running out of different parts of the food and supplies. It was the main reason why I picked this location and there was no place to sit and eat, and I didn’t even bother the second day.
