Pros:

The shuttle to and from the airport was great, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and comfortable - perfect after a long flight

Cons:

It would have been helpful to know how the 'breakfast included' reservation by Booking.com worked, it was a little confusing to work out what we could have to eat.

Cons:

Hotel was nice enough but I think the rooms (at least mine) could use a refresh. Clean but just seems a little warn.

Good for sleep, not good for food.
Pros:

Mattress was great, but you need a non-slip pad under. Since the mattres is so light, when I am sitting up in the bed and rest my back against the headbard, the mattress slides out from under me. Very uncomfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast sandwich was terrible. seemed like it was frozen and reheated in the microwave, so the wrapper was stuck to the bun/bread. Not at all worth paying for. Also, the brisket sandwich at the bar was small for the price.

Rude Front Office Manager
Pros:

I recently stayed at Aloft Austin Airport and experienced an issue during checkout that is completely out of order .

My late checkout was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and I checked out approximately 15–20 minutes late. While speaking with the Front Office Manager, Gabby, about missing breakfast and asking about an alternative option, she snatched the breakfast coupon out of my hand and ended the conversation abruptly in a dismissive tone. Speaking to me while her head was down and making gestures as if I was a staff member.

After giving them another shot for an additional stay, housekeeping staff were positioned outside my room around checkout time, holding conversations within earshot, which created the impression they were waiting for me to exit at exactly 4:00 p.m.

Afterward, I spoke with other frequent guests who shared similar experiences and described a pattern of poor customer service, lack of hospitality, and unprofessional behavior associated with this individual. I have since contacted the General Manager regarding this matter and am currently awaiting a response.
