Great hotel
Pros:

Staff helpful. Transfers to airport were good. Drivers helpful. Clean gym. Nice ambience . Close to T3 of the aitrport

Pros:

Really convenient location - while there is a free shuttle bus, the hotel is actually only a 5min walk from T3 (just across the road) which made it very easy to get to and from the airport, even with luggage in tow.
Great soundproofing as well - absolutely no noise from the main road or airport.

Cons:

The hotel shares a building with Four Points Sheraton with breakfast rooms that are right next to each other. There was no one at the entry desk upon arrival and it wasn't until I was about to sit down with my plate that I was confronted by a staff member who rudely told me I was in the wrong place and asked me to leave. Just feel like this could have easily been avoided had the entry desk been manned or if there was a simply a sign at the entrance that said "Four Points Sheraton guests only"

Ok airport hotel
Pros:

Good size room, good shower and toiletries

Cons:

Shuttle was very small, we were the second pick up at the airport and could not fit in the first shuttle as it only had a few spaces by T1 so we needed to wait for another on quite a cold, wet and windy day. The driver was lovely but size of the shuttle wasn’t reflective of the size of the 2 hotels it was servicing.

Pros:

Best hotel I ever stayed in Canada. Clean, kind staff, awesome hot continental breakfast, well thought through amenities. Extremely comfy beds with real cotton linen. Such a rarity these days in the ages of cheap plastic.

Ausser dem Shuttle Bus war alles in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Airport, ideal für eine Übernachtung, hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit kleiner Küche.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat einen neuen Namen, Element by Westin. (Nicht wie bei der Buchung) Gehört zu 4 Point, hat somit dieselbe Rezeption. Dadurch warteten wir sehr lange am Airport.
