Pros:

Het receptiepersoneel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben enkele keren gebruik gemaakt van de gratis shuttle service naar het vliegveld (erg fijn!), ook omdat vanuit daar de UPtrein vertrekt naar het centrum van Toronto. De kamer is modern, ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Na een bezoek aan Toronto of aan de regio, konden we nog tot 22u/23u terecht in de bar, voor een drankje en een eenvoudige maaltijd. Als je boekt bij Element, krijg je een uitgebreid ontbijt in een andere ruimte, dan de gasten die boeken bij duohotel Four Points.

The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped—both were much appreciated when I needed to work. The staff were very friendly, both at the hotel and for the shuttle service to/from the airport.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Flughafen, wir konnten ins Terminal laufen.
