My home away from home was extremely comfortable and a relaxing break from my real home. That alone made my vacation.
Pros:

It was close to everything but far enough to be quiet. The shower is so nice. I didn’t wanna get out to go to bed. But I didn’t know the beds would be so super comfortable. Almost enough to make me miss the wonderful breakfast spread that they put out. Everything was clean and accommodating. I will be back.

We’ve been staying here for the past 6 years and this was by far the worst stay we’ve ever had

Over all it was a decent stay sleep and peaceful but I think it needs better cleanliness. The front desk staff was amazi

The location right next to old town and fun spot and many other all at walking distance. The out door pool 24 hrs is amazing

Cons:

No available cottages not even as additional rental to sleep an extra person. Shower wasn’t completely cleaned as there were pubic hairs on the shower floors. King bedroom with 2 bathrooms are only available at the second floor

This is close to old town in shopping centers

Cons:

The room had a little bit of a smell and kind of moldy smell
But the breakfast was good and the staff was really nice. But the room just had a little smell. And the floor was wet by the ac in the toilet wouldn't flush good

Upon my arrival at approximately 1 a.m. after a taxing journey from the United Kingdom, I was profoundly disappointed by the condition of the accommodation. The elevator and communal areas were unclean and emitted a strong, unpleasant odour. Upon reaching my room, I encountered difficulties in opening the door, which necessitated multiple visits to the reception desk.

Upon entry, I found the room to be in an unacceptable state. There were visible damp stains on the window, a persistent musty odour, high humidity levels, condensation, inadequate ventilation, and poor air quality, all of which made breathing difficult. Despite my efforts to rest, I was unable to remain beyond a few hours due to health concerns caused by the dampness and overall substandard condition of the room.

Considering the health implications, no guests must be accommodated in such an environment. The presence of dampness and mould has inflicted significant health issues, affecting my respiratory system, causing inflammation, and impairing my ability to breathe properly. These adverse effects have also impacted my emotional well-being, rendering me tearful and distressed.

In light of these circumstances, I had no alternative but to vacate the premises early that same morning, thereby truncating my planned week-long stay. This incident has caused considerable inconvenience and adversely affected my health.

I reported these concerns to booking.com and the staff on duty. I was informed that the manager .
A formal complaint was made, yet no response has been received to acknowledge my complaint.

The picture of the property is misleading. I will never use this accommodation and will not recommend to anyone.
