Excellent stay and would stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

The staff were all excellent. Stephanie was wonderful and helped us so much when we had some challenges getting a wheelchair accessible cab and Uber. All of the staff were helpful and seemed to really enjoy working at this hotel.

Cons:

It was a bit of a challenge getting to the hotel by car.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Great staff, excellent communication for transport to/back from the airport and T station. Market inside had decent choices for a last minute dinner. Very clean.

Pros:

What I loved most was how comfortable the bed and pillows were. After a very long day of traveling this was top notch. What I didn't care for was the miscommunication on how often the shuttles ran.

Cons:

Staff needs to be all on the same page when it comes to the shuttle. My husband asked the driver how often they ran and the driver told us every 15 minutes. Come to find out that wasn't the case and almost missed our flight.

Pros:

shuttle gratuit pour l'aéroport et/ou gare de train, mais tout de même loin du centre du Boston. Petit-déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel.
Staff souriant et sympathique.

Nice airy rooms

Cons:

Loud at night with the AC. I had mine switched off and it was still so loud from adjoining rooms/floors
Staff at reception, especially the males were very blunt and short, almost hostile

Convenient location & reasonably priced
Pros:

The hotel itself was great. We used the airport shuttle which was really convenient, and our driver was super friendly. The hotel staff were also friendly, and we ate at the restaurant on site which was good. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had a variety of pillows which was great.

Cons:

We're not used to the humidity, and the a/c was not cooling the room enough for our comfort which made for a rough night. We had to be up at 3am for an early flight, so we were pretty tired on our travels.
