Clean, good location. Pleasant, helpful staff.
Pros:

Clean facility, friendly staff. Had a well lit parking.

Cons:

Sink drained incredibly slow. When I called front desk they said all the sinks drained slowly. She said “people just use less water so it doesn’t fill up the sink too fast”. Also, hair dryer didn’t work .

Poor
Pros:

Location!

Cons:

The hallways were VERY dirty!! Room service was terrible. Outside parking lot needs police attention because of drug deals going on after dark!! Strong smell of Marijuana going into the lobby from the car! When I asked a question about my final bill, the desk clerk had no idea and was NO help! I expected a much better experience from Comfort Suites!!!
