My kids love the pool and free breakfast
Pros:

The mattress on the pullout couch was stained with fecal matter and we weren't able to switch rooms. Eventually staff was able to locate another mattress but we had to stay up and wait for the switch

Cons:

Poop mattresses. It made me question the cleanliness of my room but we couldn't switch rooms

They have charged twice for one day and refund only half even they know that that was their mistake.
