Pros:

We love the area where the employees were very nice.

Cons:

The last two nights of our stay all we heard was loud music with loud bass that came through the walls either above us below up not for sure. We did turn it into the front desk. So last two nights no rest . We actually thought about leaving in the middle of the night.

Just to see the huge awning outside my windows
Cons:

I couldn't see anything outside the windows except the awning. I was greatly disappointed about that. I asked the check in person if I could change my room. He stated that He didn't have anymore rooms equivalent to the room I paid for which was a suite.

What a dump!! I should’ve read reviews before booking. There are 1-star reviews from two years ago when the hotel was “undergoing renovations.” Just what in the hell did they renovate ?? It certainly wasn’t suite 249! The bed was nothing but springs, the couch had a hole in the upholstery, the WiFi might as well have been nonexistent for all the good it did. The microwave was older than me, (I’m pretty sure), everything we put in the refrigerator froze solid. The hallways smelled like weed, and the room smelled musty. It’s a $200 per night SHITHOLE!
They should update the rooms and equipment or close the freaking doors permanently. What an absolute waste of money. I will be contacting Comfort Suites’ corporate office. The owners of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of their guests. Never again!!
The staff is friendly, but that is the only thing positive I have to say about this total piece of SHIT. I feel disappointed and taken advantage of.

We will not be staying there again until it is revamped

Location minutes to the beach.

Cons:

Entire property lacks ANY maintenance as within the last 5 years if I had to guess. Pool coating falling apart pieces scattered all around, room musty and lamp fixtures had rust on them. Outside of building large area of rot in the balconies and staining from rust on building and concrete. Landscaping around pool looks as if a blind man did it.

The location, staff, breakfast and easy access to the IOP beach. The rooms are always well cleaned and stocked.

Cons:

The pool was green for the entire time we were there. My 7yr old was very disappointed. There were also no lounge chairs the last 2 times we stayed. There was also some rust and crud on the lamps and shades, otherwise clean room.
