Satisfied with our stay.
Pros:

Only had breakfast one morning, made a waffle, it was very good. Loved the location, close to the Isle of Palm Beach.
Not far from Sullivan's Island. Also two really good restaurants, the King street grill, & a Mexican, just a short walk. A Very nice and helpful manager at the hotel.

Cons:

Could have used some lounge chairs by the pool.

Very disappointed from day one

We had 4 rooms with our group, 2 had to switch due to wetness and mildew, another due to sink falling and breaking. 2 rooms smelled of mold and just nasty but no other rooms available. Car broken into and stuff stolen, cops couldn't come until after we left area, no help from staff to see if someone inside broke in. Breakfast was always empty, front desk worker trying to keep it full but cant do both jobs at same time. Once cleaning lady took dirty towels and rags but didn't replace them.

Decent location, decent hotet not maintained well, looks like very old poorly maintained rooms
Pros:

The location is excellent, staff is very helpful.

Cons:

My first room was smelling and had wet carpet, I asked them to change, the new room was better but still had damp carpet, when I entered the room it was not smelling due to refreshers, but in next many hours it was again smelling of water.

I will choose to spend a little more for Hampton inn next time. Place needs sprucing up.
Pros:

Location is great. Clean comfortable bed and bath.

Cons:

Property needs some serious facelift. Patches on room ceiling, bathroom door peeling, couch looked bad, bad smell in third floor hallway, third floor ice maker not working.

Great location, could use deep cleaning and new furnishings

Desk staff was nice at our 10pm arrival

Pool water seemed to be taken care of

Room was spacious

Queen mattresses were comfortable

Appropriate amount of towels and rags were provided

Cons:

Breakfast hot items were of very low quality: the reconstituted eggs were sitting in excess water, the hash browns were pale and floppy, the bacon was flavorless and paper thin.

Room carpet was dirty enough to darken the bottoms of our feet which gave me low confident in the fundamental hygiene of the whole room.

Room AC was very effective but loud and disruptive to sleep. It was better keeping the unit on "constant fan" when sleeping.

The entire facility could use deep cleaning, refreshing, and new furniture.

Outside parking area and perimeter needs litter pick up.
