Location was good. It was quiet. It was comfortable.
The carpet in the room and in the hall could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was just OK.

Breakfast was fine -- typical hotel hot breakfast. Location was good -- easy access to highway but far enough back that there wasn't traffic noise. Loved that our room was on the backside of the hotel with a forested hill behind us. Everything was clean. Air conditioning was good.

It was a bed and the location was good for seeing Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park loop
Had 2 adults and 2 kids for 5 days, not once did they clean the room, just asking for garbage changed and fresh towels even after I asked. The carpet in the room was wet, like the entire carpet and stayed damp the entire stay. Hot tub was not hot, it was Luke warm. Wouldn't stay again

Breakfast options were limited. Bread toaster takes forever to toast bread. Lights in bathroom are flickering.

Abbiamo cambiato 2 camere in 3 giorni per problemi al WC. Risolti in poco tempo dopo richieste di cambio camera . WiFi instabile, dipendeva dall'ubicazione della camera

Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer. Beim Frühstück war es etwas voll, aber man konnte sich nach draußen setzten. Das war noch nicht zu heiß, da wir früh dran waren.
Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Good sized rooms with everything you need on hand.
Great location for visiting all the attractions the area has to offer.

Just felt a little bit worn. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Rubbery sausage.

wifi斷斷續續的。剛好遇到重機大會師，住宿人很多，導致餐廳食物區很髒亂，餐廳的人員訓練要加強，沒有常常巡視清潔。入住第一天熱食不足（補充來不及），第二天有炒蛋但是是冷的（蒸爐沒開）。大廳冷水壺開關手把壞了。浴室淋浴水量很小。
