You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff was making the best of a bad situation. This was a repeat stay for us and the previous year was great.

Cons:

Elevator was broken and had been for a few days but we were not informed ahead of time even though it would not be fixed for several more days. Had to carry all items up stairs. Pool/hot tub contained clumps of hair and a bandaid.

Stay was great! Would absolutely stay here again but would not book through Booking.com
Pros:

The location was perfect for us, facilities were nice, well-kept, and the grounds were inviting when you first pulled in, good first impression, great staff, all in all a great place I would go again.

Cons:

We made a HUGE mistake by booking initially through Booking.com, it was anything BUT Booking.yeh. Booking.com, despite what they advertise, is not less expensive than going directly to the hotel. They also have a very sneaky way of processing payments. Even though we wanted to pay when we arrived at the hotel, they charged my card literally right away and it took me two weeks to get a refund, but it was a battle, and you have to go through customer service AI bots before getting to a live agent, who you might be able to understand, or not. I'll NEVER use Booking.com again. I like to call the actual property, speak with someone live, understand the rooms, what options there are, to ensure we are getting what is advertised. DO NOT use Booking.com!!

Flowers on the grounds.

Cons:

The shower dripped all night and the air conditioner made a noise all night, For the money we paid I would except better, I travel to Florida and have stayed in a lot better places for less.

The room was very clean and comfortable
Pros:

The location was very convenient right off 91. Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was safe and easy to use.

Cons:

The AC/Heat unit was noisy and didn't seem to regulate the temp properly.

Pros:

Both of the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in was the smoothest I have experienced in a long time. I am a wheelchair user and they were able to find a first floor room since the elevator was out of order.

The room was huge! Very clean and the beds were oh so comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice for our purposes. Would stay again and would recommend.
Pros:

Location was great for our visit with friends. Yummy breakfast and staff very friendly.

Cons:

Signage off highway is not great especially at night having to cross major traffic road to enter property.

Cons:

The elevator was not working.
And the tub in the room was extremely slippery
And I fell.
And the water pressure was terrible!
The fridge was not turned on and full of water.
